Tolles Haus, nettes Personal. Wir kämen sofort wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel war wunderschön. Sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Chef war selbst anwesend, ein Herr der alten Schule, abends als letzter, morgens als erster.

Wir haben spontan einen Tag verlängert. Gern immer wieder. Sehr gastfreundliches Hotel
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, obwohl es noch Nebensaison war und wir spontan gebucht haben. Das Personal war Mega freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben super darauf schlafen können.
Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker.
Die Pizzeria im Hotel können wir wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt.
Es ist sehr ruhig und man kommt schnell zur Auffahrt Richtung Etna.
Wir haben noch eine Nacht verlängert, da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Ligt dichtbij de Etna.

Cons:

Helaas konden we geen gebruik maken van de tuin van het hotel. Ze gaven aan dat het zwembad vanaf 1 juni open gaat, maar door renovatie van het hotel konden we ook niet van het buitenterras gebruik maken. Het had beter geweest als ze ons hierover hadden ingelicht. Als alternatief hebben we ligbedden gevraagd voor op ons balkon en die heb en ze ook gegeven, wat een prima alternatief was maar zeker niet zo prettig als van het buitenterras gebruik te kunnen maken.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The room was immaculate and spacious. The terrace and the views were spectacular. The food in the restaurant was very good and there was a large selection to choose from. All the staff were very helpful and attentive and greet you at each encounter.

Cons:

Possibly the only thing I felt a bit uncomfortable were the hard pillows.

Family run hotel at the foot of Mount Etna - prepare for charm overdose
Pros:

I loved this hotel. This is a straight-up family run hotel which feels like an Italian movie. The owner works the floor (a charming gentleman), the staff are attentive and equally charming, the rooms are colorful and comfortable, the food is excellent (the breakfast!!), and there is a view straight on to Mount Etna. And weddings...and the Nona around whom all flocked...I mean, really, this was the whole deal. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for a charm overdose.
For motorcyclists: Parking lot that is gated, though bikes are visible from the main road. The front desk is manned 24 hrs, and you can park up closer to the hotel and hide behind cars, so I believe it to be secure. Lots of room to move about and prepare.

Cons:

I liked it all. All worked, all was good - for me it was flawless.

Really good for a one night stay if arriving for a late check in before moving on elsewhere
Pros:

Pool was closed - the coffee was very good and the selection was also very good - great start to the day - but the Hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you will need to arrange taxis which are very expensive - luckily I had already arranged one from the Airport as public transport is not good, almost non-existent at weekends - note that

Cons:

Plastic Flowers??? I mean they have all these hand crotcheted table covers and then vases of Plastic Flowers - i would rather see fresh ones or something else - it cheapened the look/feel

Luxurious
Pros:

The room was huge and hotel overall very nice, classic and clean. It feels very luxurious. Good parking as well.

Cons:

The facilities are not great, especially for children, and the winter season. The external pool was not even open to see and enjoy as an open space. It appears as if there were renovation works going on before the summer season. There is nothing for children to do unless you visit in the summer period.

Pros:

Рекомендую даний готель: приємний та ввічливий персонал, затишно та спокійно. У нас була кімната із видом на Етну - дуже гарно.
Безкоштовна парковка на території. Внизу працює ресторан і піцерії - завжди можна смачно поїсти. Рекомендую зупинятися тільки якщо у вас є автомобіль, готель знаходиться в 20 км від Катаніі. Дуже спокійне місце.

Pros:

My wife and I were treated like Family. The entire staff was gracious, accommodating, helpful and friendly. We look forward to staying there again!

Cons:

Everything was fabulous! Next time we go, we'll plan to be there when the beautiful outdoor pool is in season and open.
