Layanan staff hotel memuaskan dan sangat membantu.lift sangat efisien dan paling saya suka kerana hotel ini adalah bebas asap rokok.akan menginap disini apabila berkunjung dimasak depan.

Bones vistes desde el pis 12 i gens sorollòs.
Esmorzar bo.

La wiffi nomes funciona a les habitacions. No hi ha espais comuns de lleure o piscina.

Close to town. Basic Malaysian style breakfast.

Cons:

Room is abit small. And because it is carpeted and KK is near to the sea, the room feels very humid and moist, it didn’t give me a dry and refreshing vibe.

We all loved it ❤️. Polite staff and nice food at reasonable price.
Pros:

- City center, proximity to nearest site seeing places
- Staff is so polite and very well mannered right from guys at entrance to all across the places like big hotels
- there is continuous drinking water supply in addition to the water bottles provided
- Break fast is very good. We & Our kids enjoyed it
- Room service is very quick, the next minute you get your things requested
- neatness and house keeping is on spot.
- there are many good points about this hotel.

Cons:

None to say or regret on vacation, unless you expect too much like 5 star treatment and more at the price.
