Unfortunately unable to stay it’s not same with the property description
Cons:

We are requesting a full refund because we were unable to stay at the property. The property did not match the photos and description provided in the booking listing. Upon arrival, we found that no towels or toilet paper were provided, and the accommodation was very dirty and not properly maintained.

These conditions were unacceptable and did not meet the standards advertised in the listing. As the property was misrepresented and lacked basic amenities, we believe a full refund is fully justified.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution as soon as possible.

Great stay, thank you.
Pros:

The room had some problems with plumbing but they were quickly addressed by the staff. The cleanliness of the room could be a bit better, occasional deep cleaning such as under the beds. It would be nice to have more pillow options as the only 4 provided are too tall and hurt the neck but over all everything is very well and reasonable prices.

Cons:

Lots of outside construction sounds and local roosters too loud early in the morning. Pillow is too tall for comfort.

Not a 5 star hotel they claim to be

Location was next to the park

Cons:

Any hotel that requires an additional cash deposit automatically sends red flags. The shower didn't work it was either hot or cold there wasn't any way to have a normal temperature shower. The airconditioner shut it self off several times not to mention the dang thing hardly worked in the first place. Had to play around with the remote for several hours to get it to work. They didn't have private internet so if you were a guest or not you can access not to mention it didn't hardly work. Overall the stay was unpleasant and wont be staying there again.

We wanted to see some of Luzon and Baguio was a nice place to escape the heat in manila.
Pros:

We really liked the filtered water dispenser located just outside of the room.

Cons:

If the balcony doors were better, it may block out the sound of the street traffic, which is very loud.

The new building is new all facilities are new the common area is clean its nice to have 2 keycard theres a mini vault inside the room the balcony is nice the interior of the room is excellent love those 2 lights on the side tanle

All in all it was very good.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good and it had a plus side being the Netflix on the TV. The reception staff were helpful especially Arvin.

Cons:

Nothing. However Maybe some better lift access across the whole property
