The room was really big, the nathroom also. The hotel is very central, so it was perfect for a city trip. The bed was very comfortable.
The room needs serious renovation. I was very disappointed that all the furniture was very old and damaged. For this weekend because of a holiday i payed mich more for the room than it costs usually, so i expected a lot more.
Locatie en de inrichting van de kamer
Niks
Zeer mooie stijlvolle kamer hotel inrichting was heel verrassend
Zou het terras iets netter willen zien
Location. Friendly, helpful staff.
Staircase to 2nd floor incredibly steep with no handrail. Aircon not really working.
Short Walking distance to major places and close to shops. With the hot weather good to be in town.
Air conditioning was working but not up to the task of cooling enough. But glad we had some small relief.
Also need a top sheet in hot weather.
Tolle, kleine Stadt, super Zentral
Staff was very nice, and the hotel has a very pleasant patio and a terrasse with a beautiful view
This was one of the most expensive hotel rooms I ever paid, out of necessity. However, there was not much to justify this price except the fact that it is well located in Delft (but not even in the main square) and that the room was quite large. The room had no blackout, which means that you barely get any sleep with the short summer nights of northern Europe. This, for me, is unacceptable for a business whose sole purpose is to provide a good sleep to its customers. The bed and pillows were also not very comfortable. I was especially disappointed with the pillows. There were 4 in the bed, and would have been better to have them of different qualities, as some people prefer softer pillows while others prefer harder ones. The room also did not have a minibar. While I do not care about this usually, I would expect one for the price paid. But it would be better for the hotel to reinvest some of its absurd rates into making the room more comfortable for sleeping - the blackout is non-negotiable.
Personeel, heerlijke bedden ontbijt lekker.
liep een muis door de ontbijtzaal
