We had a perfect stay. The team (Jean, Edmar, and Belle) was very communicative, and made a great effort to help us with everything. The apartment had everything we needed. Location is perfect.
Location was great, and very clean place. The facility had washing machines and can't ask for more kind of feeling. I was a bit nervous about the APP check-in and digital key but Edmar, Belle & Jean the staff here gave me accurate instructions for it and I had no problem about it.

I stayed with Xia, Mary, and Belle for three nights and they were incredibly kind! If I were to return to Singapore, I would definitely stay with them again :)
Very nice stay, close to public transit and excellent value for the budget, especially in an expensive city like Singapore. Staff members Xia, Mary, and Belle were all very friendly and did a great job.
A minor thing was the app used to access the hotel room. It felt more complicated than necessary and required too many steps. I think the process could be simplified. That said, it 's not a dealbreaker and clearly not the staff’s fault.

I liked that staff agreed to change room because the first one was a nightmare. There were reactive and helpful.
Location is great.
The property is aweful, rooms are super tiny and humid. Avoid windowless rooms at all cost, terrible value.
The first room allocated to me was a disaster, right next to the entrance, you could hear everyone coming in and out. Badly isolated, and there were small flying insects. No de-humidifier in the room.
Room 2 was right next to it and even smaller but at least it was less noisy and humid.
