This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony.
A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption.

The check in/out process was great and easy, our concierge Kisha, Edmar and Pearl has been supporting us for the 2 nights, checking in on us to make sure the stay was good.

Super emplacement en plein centre de chinatown, supérette restaurant, café, métro tout a proximité, le logement est propre , personne agréable et à l’écoute.
Had a really good stay at Heritage Collection Chinatown. The location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of food options and transport links right on the doorstep. Having the on-site laundry facilities was also extremely useful and made the stay that much easier.
Big thanks to Pearl, Edmar, and Kisha—they were all very welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Musty smell, dehumidifier didn't really do its job. Bed light and plug would have been good.
Best service, had a minor issue with the room, when 1st checked in, mentioned it to the staff, Edmar then came to my room and moved me to another room (upgraded!!) with help from Divina too. I was very surprised that Edmar did listen to my concern and didn’t disregard or ignored me (which people often do). When I got moved to another room in another property of Heritage, Divina greeted me and helped me with checking in for the room too. Divina was very helpful and friendly with her lovely smile.
During the stay (4nights in total), different staff (Remap, Xia, Carmela, Kisha, Ria, Jamie, Mitch & Belle) emailed me everyday to check if I was comfortable with the accommodation or needed any help. Very friendly, attentive and supportive staff, so … happy customer ~~.
Spotlessly clean (cleanest accommodation I’ve stayed!!). No strange smell from the room, the toilet or the beddings.
Very good mattress and top quality of linens/beddings. Also surprisingly it was in a busy street but barely heard anything from both the streets or other rooms at night, very good sound insulation within the building and also from the windows too (there is a whole wall of windows on 1 side, as my room faces the street). So had very good sleep (I am a very light sleeper).
The location is good close to very thing, eateries and public transport.
The washing machine in the room also has a dryer function, which worked very well too, the dryer was hot enough to dryer my clothes (used a combo one before in another hotel, the dryer didn’t work…). The dryer function allowed me to choose 2 different settings, 1 is not as hot to protect the clothes and 1 is fairly hot, if you want to sterilize the clothes bit more.

Location in the heart of Chinatown. Mobile app check in was relatively easy to use but did require several steps within 24hrs of the stay. Very clean and considerately laid out, art made small spaces seem larger and made the room a pleasure to be in
App sometimes had niggles, fortunately these happened when Ambassador was around at the residence and not on check in which was after a late flight in. Stairs up to the room level weren't a problem but may pose an issue for travellers with heavier bags/health concerns. Kitchen was basic with bare minimum essentials.
Spotless room, unbeatable location right by Chinatown — everything within walking distance, tons of great food spots nearby. Stayed just one night but it was a great experience. Huge shoutout to the team, especially Edmar, Pearl, and Mitch — super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
