They give us small souvenir and wave us goodbye. That summarize our nice stay.
Pros:

As advertised, Lien contacted us as soon as we made our last minutes reservation. She helped us with many things. All staffs were nice and helpful. The location is conveniently closed to the old town and non tourist areas. We got room with balcon, overlooking chinese temple, enjoyable view in the evenings.

Cons:

Room setting can be updated. I understand that the management wants to complete things, but sometime lesser can make easier movement

Beautiful Hoi An
Pros:

Hoi An was amazing! The hotel was in a very convenient location, just outside the heart of the Old Town, allowing us to explore the city almost entirely on foot or by bicycle (bikes were available at the hotel). The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were very kind and helpful in organizing our three days in Hoi An. We would definitely recommend it!

Pros:

Alles is super. De kamer was heel ruim, modern en schoon. Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk verwelkomt. Het ontbijt is ook heel goed. De staff is enorm behulpzaam en kan ook van alles voor je regelen. Wij hebben bijvoorbeeld fietsen gehuurd en een transfer naar Da Nang geregeld via het hotel. Dit alles voor een goede prijs. Ook de locatie is heel fijn, direct naast het oude centrum.

Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich das freundlichste unserer ganzen Vietnamreise! Alle sind super lieb, hilfsbereit und geben einem das Gefühl, als würde man sich schon ewig kennen.
Das Hotel hat außerdem eine sehr gute Lage um alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Essen sowie angebotene Leistungen, wie Wäschewaschen und Massagen waren auch top. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen!!! :)

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento. Buen desayuno buffet. Nos dejaron guardar las mochilas en el hotel antes de poder entrar en la habitación y tras el check out.

Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant.
Chambre propre, spacieuse et très agréable avec un balcon.
L’emplacement est idéal pour pouvoir visiter la ville à pied.
L’établissement propose des services tels que laundry, massage, restauration ou même réserver un taxi.
Le petit déjeuner est varié, copieux ( sous forme de buffet ), sans doute le meilleur qu’on ait pu avoir.
Un petit en-cas vous est offert lors de votre check-in et un cadeau vous est offert lors de votre départ, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Si vous voulez découvrir la ville d’Hoi An, cet hôtel est le lieu parfait. Je recommande à 100%

L’hôtel est beau , les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. Le matin, il y a un excellent et copieux petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est adorable.

Cons:

Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant, on a mis des masques pour ne pas être réveillés à l’aube.

Hotel muy Cómodo con personal agradable y servicial
Pros:

Tienen todo lo que puedas necesitar y te ayudan en todo. El personal es súper amable, del primero al último. Ubicación muy buena. Desayunos increíbles y precio imbatible. Te facilitan toallas para la playa. bicicletas , transporte y servicio de lavandería a muy buen precio y en la puerta.

Cuando llegas al hall parece un poco caotico y las instalaciones no parecen muy nuevas y mantenidas para los estándares europeos
