Highly recommended - all round excellent and friendly service
Pros:

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were really lovely, but particularly the day receptionist who gave us lots of recommendations for places to go. The swimming pool was cool and refreshing and the hotel was well cared for. Location was quiet, but a quick walk into the old town. Breakfast was buffet style and the most comprehensive we have had during our stay in Vietnam with a huge variety of choice. Hoi An is beautiful - we loved it.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms. Our bed was huge but very hard, but this is not the same across the hotel though as our children’s room had lovely comfortable mattresses. Our fridge didn’t get cold and there was only warm/hot water - but I suspect that is the time of year we went as it was very hot and humid outside.

Excellent value for money!! Peaceful.
Pros:

Everything! It was walking distance to all the main attractions, our room was really quiet and clean, the beds were super comfortable, aircon and showers worked well, the pool was so refreshing and beautiful! The lovely manager was so friendly and helpful, even though our kids were noisy and very energetic, and she speaks excellent English. I had a fantastic massage and pedicure there. The buffet breakfast was FANTASTIC!! A wide mix of Vietnamese and western cuisine.

Good location and reasonable price
Pros:

Good location, not too far away from the ancient town area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed wasn't super comfortable, I found the mattress quite hard. I also found it fairly noisy, but most from other guests speaking loudly or wrangling small children. I was looking forward the pool but didn't use it because I didn't like that it was on the ground level and easily visible from the street.

Best Stay in Hoi An
Pros:

Lin took great care of us upon arrival and throughout our stay with lots of recommendations for great Tailors in the city as well as activities that she can help organize. The other staff were also friendly and welcoming and attentive. The Hotel is immaculate with a great breakfast, restaurant, cafe and bar options. The pool was lovely and clean and you are provided towels for when using it. The Hotel is in a quiet street and has quick access to the old town and surrounding areas. The room was lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable.
Everything was perfect with our stay and we would definitely be back and recommend those coming to Hoi An to stay here.
