Ascott BGC Spa
Pros:

I visited the spa, the receptionist ( Pat) and the therapist (Riza), were outstanding. After nearly 18hrs of flying, Pat was able to book me in as a priority and Riza was able to straighten me out! Thank you both. Salamat 🙏🏻

Paradasia Royale Spa Delivered More Than Just a Massage

I absolutely loved this spa! One of the things I appreciated most is its convenient location—it’s on the same floor as the gym and pool, which creates a relaxing resort-like atmosphere.
I was warmly welcomed by ms Pat the receptionist. They even served me a cup of hot ginger tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage room is beautiful. I loved the Asian, Japanese-inspired interior. A special thank you to my therapist, Berna. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire Swedish massage. This was truly a five-star experience for me. I’ll definitely be coming back

Exceptional Hospitality from Check-In to Check-Out
Pros:

Check-ins are often the first hurdle during any trip, but Sir Charles and Ms. Chen made the entire process seamless for us. They were a wonderful team to deal with and gave us a warm and professional welcome to the hotel.

Of course, we had to try the hotel restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The food was outstanding! Special thanks to Thor, Aly, and Jester for their excellent service, and hats off to Chef Aira for creating dishes that looked as amazing as they tasted.

After indulging in all those delicious meals, I had to burn off some carbs at the gym. Jessa and Edward were there to kindly assist me, and I can confidently say that this is one of the cleanest and best-maintained hotel gyms I have visited. The equipment was well-functioning, and the overall experience was excellent.

A truly memorable stay, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and dedication of the entire team.
