We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ascott. From the front desk to room service, the service was exceptional from start to finish. I wish I could remember every staff member’s name because everyone was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. However, Les, Tristan, and Deuz especially stood out and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel itself was clean, quiet, family friendly, comfortable, and incredibly efficient. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff consistently made us feel welcomed and valued. The food was also delicious!

We stayed at Ascott during our first week after arriving from Canada, and we loved it so much that we ended up booking another stay. That alone says a lot about how much we enjoyed our experience.

We will definitely be returning to Ascott on our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Great experience at Ascott BGC. We’re a family of four and stayed here during separate stays throughout our month-long trip through Asia. We stayed in both the One-Bedroom Suite and the Three-Bedroom Suite.

The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The Three-Bedroom Suite was huge. We had 10 suitcases open at the same time and still had plenty of room to move around. That was a big plus for us, especially travelling as a family with a lot of luggage. The One-Bedroom Suite was also very comfortable and had plenty of space for the four of us.

The location was great and really convenient for everything around BGC. It was nice being so close to restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do in the area.

The staff were great as well. Les and Tristan, along with the rest of the concierge team manning the desk, were excellent at responding to our inquiries, requests, and questions. They were always friendly and willing to help whenever we needed something.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stays at Ascott BGC. The rooms, location, and staff were all excellent, and it was nice having a place that felt comfortable and spacious each time we came back. We would definitely stay here again.

Location: Perfectly situated right in the heart of BGC, making trips to and from the office quick and effortless.

Atmosphere: Welcoming, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Everything throughout the property feels modern and exceptionally well-kept.

Noise Level: Surprisingly quiet! no noise issues whatsoever!

Amenities: Fantastic! Everything we needed for our event was provided seamlessly.

Service: Truly exceptional and keen on the details. The team handling our event was professional, accommodating, approachable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.

A huge shout-out to Nino, Emjjay, Mark, Melody, Snow, Kennedy, and Ismael for ensuring our training/workshop went off without a hitch and making sure that the snacks and lunch were served on time! Also, a special thanks to Merbie for facilitating such a seamless transaction. She went above and beyond to tailor an arrangement that maximized value while keeping us comfortably aligned with our event budget. Looking forward to future collaborations!

The suite was very spacious, with two televisions available in both the bedroom and living room. I also loved that they provided complete cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals whenever I wanted.

Overall, my stay was comfortable, convenient, and memorable. I truly enjoyed the experience and would gladly return.
