Great service
Pros:

Ascot you were great ! Job the house keeping personal was really good and kept the room clean. The reception staffs and the restaurant staffs were also kind .

Home away from home
Pros:

The Ascott BGC is my home away from home. The location is great. The staff very helpful and the rooms are ideal. The 1 bedroom exec suite is my favorite. The gym is well equiped and the buffet breakfast offers good variety. I’m always amazed how quickly the staff learns my name. Overall an excellent value.

A place to come back to!
Pros:

Location is just brilliant and in walking distance to loads of restaurants.

We took the breakfast option which has an array of dishes from Pasta station, egg station, vegetarian section, pastries, cereals, juice bar, and much more…

Rooms were always clean and everything was just to our liking. We made use of the facilities such as swimming pool for the kids and for myself the spa. I met Pat (Spa receptionist) who helped me pick a massage (60min aromatherapy massage) and then I had the pleasure of meeting Jovy, my massage therapist - she was just phenomenal! I booked in for a 2hr massage the following day.😊

GREAT hotel!
Pros:

Every single member of the staff, from the doormen and bell men to the concierge to the reception staff to housekeeping and to the people hustling in the restaurant is friendly and warm and goes out of their way to ensure a great experience. One of my favorite hotels in the world.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

We traveled with a party of ten (2 couples with 6 children, ages 3-26) and booked one 3-bedroom suite and one 2-bedroom suite which provided a spacious and comfortable stay. This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, located right in the heart of BGC. After 5 nights in Boracay, we really appreciated the washer and dryer in the suites. We would not hesitate to stay here again, truly a 5-star experience!

Pros:

We had a wonderful dining experience at Scott’s Restaurant as we celebrated my mom’s 65th birthday. Everything was excellent, but what truly made our celebration memorable was the exceptional service from the staff.

A special thank you to Ms. Nina and Sir Ron for arranging the lovely birthday surprise with a complimentary cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and hearing the entire team sing “Happy Birthday” made my mom feel so special.

We also appreciate Mika for warmly assisting us to our table and JP for serving such a great cup of coffee with a smile.

To the rest of the Scott’s Restaurant team, thank you for being so accommodating, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit. Your outstanding hospitality made our family celebration even more meaningful. We’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend Scott’s Restaurant to our family and friends!

Coming from LA the best place to stay in Manila especially BGC. Everything is walking distance.
Pros:

Room spacious. Has all amenities needed like its your apartment. Kitchen, microwave, oven, washing/drying machine is the game changer. Bathroom, bed, closet are all spacious. Room smells so fresh and good all the time. Love the pastry store in the lobby especially their freshly cooked Ensaymada. The hotel is walking distance to everything.

Cons:

Lobby is small. But otherwise nothing I can remember
