Pros:

A very unique building with a lot of character. It was a little challenging to find our way around the different towers and with the various elevators — we got a bit lost a couple of times :)
Even though there was a shortcut from the parking area, I think it would be quite difficult to find your way to the hotel on the first visit, especially if you arrive by car.
That said, it is a really impressive and fascinating building in itself.

Cons:

For breakfast, we were asked to choose a specific time slot, and we selected the latest available time. However, this resulted in the feeling that some of the food, especially the omelette, had been prepared a couple of hours earlier.
For a 5-star hotel, we would expect freshly prepared food to be available for each offered breakfast time slot. The selection was also somewhat limited, although I cannot say whether it would have been better at the earliest breakfast time.

Great old building, well refurbished. In front of the Bridgestone to the old town.
Spacious private parking next door. Parking in the streets is impossible.

Me gustó la ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza mayor, la catedral, el Alcázar y el acueducto.
El desayuno buffet excelente, variedad y los camareros pendientes. Además del buffet en la mesa hay una carta donde puedes elegir, huevos en varias modalidades y tostadas.
Zona tranquila, alejada de ruido, ideal para descansar.
En la habitación del hotel, dispones de una cafetera y hervidor de agua, junto con unas muestras de café y variedad del té.
En el armario había dos albornoces con dos zapatillas por si contratas el spa.
El spa es un servicio a parte, 50€ para dos personas, no estuvimos, no puedo valorar

Location is great. Parking is in a secured public parking that is attached to the hotel and it costs €15/day.

Cons:

Staff was not very welcoming. Very serious, short answers, not ideal for such a nice hotel.
