Cet hotel peut et doit mieux faire pour avoir droit à 5 étoiles.
Pros:

La situation au bord de la ville. La décoration très moderne. La salle de bains confortable.

Cons:

Manque de confort, 1 seul meuble pour poser ses valises. Comment fait on quand on est deux ? il faut ouvrir les valises sur le sol ?
Le WC n'est pas isolé dans la salle de bains. Il manque une vitre de séparation.
Le petit déjeuner ouvre à 8H00, ce n'est pas pratique lorsqu'on est en voyage. Tous les hotels ouvrent à 7H00 ou 7H30.

Great spot to relax and perfect for a romantic trip.
Pros:

The hotel is in an old historic building, and the first thing you notice is how incredibly thick the walls are. In some spots, you can even see parts of the original old brickwork left exposed, which looks really cool.
The rooms are spacious and have a spacious shower and toilet, and it’s super quiet inside. Plus, seeing storks on the nearby roofs adds a really nice, peaceful vibe to the whole place.
Location-wise, it’s about a 15-minute walk to all the main sights like the castle, the cathedral, and the Roman aqueduct.
It’s a great spot to relax and perfect for a romantic trip.
Parking is conveniently located and pretty cheap.
Staff is just so attentive and genuinely caring.

Great Hotel in Segovia
Pros:

Great location. Close to the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor and in between the Alcazar and Roman Aqueduct. Really nice views of surrounding countryside. Good staff. Clean and comfortable.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé . Beau calme et très propre
Pros:

Magnifique bâtiment historique . Facile d'accès car pas nécessaire d'entrer dans la vielle ville . Parking public mais en sous sol de l'hôtel avec accès direct par ascenseur très pratique .
Grandes chambres , excellente literie , très propre .

Cons:

Des détails comme l'absence de prises au chevet et rien pour poser ses affaires ds la salle de bain , mais rien de sérieux

是一个很特别的酒店，我的三人房很宽敞， 三个窗口可以看到山谷和远处村庄，风景特别美丽。住在这个酒店是一种很特别的体验。更不用说他们的员工热情周到， 服务体贴。值得5星好评。

Ontbijt was niet waw , maar wel ok

Cons:

Half juni, +30 graden en er was nog steeds geen water in het zwembad, balen want dat was nu net de reden waarom we dit hotel geboekt hadden! Geen verwittiging of compensatie gekregen.
Ook het zomerterras/bar was nog niet open . Om 23.00 uur toch na veel zuchten een drankje gekregen… en dan lieten ze ons dat opdrinken in het donker.

Lovely room, in great location, with excellent staff, but some quirks.
Pros:

Our large tower room was lovely with windows on three sides. Air conditioning was not very controllable. Bathroom was adequate, but a planned water system service occurred during our stay. No restaurant but the bar has a useful cafeteria menu. The location, staff and ambience were excellent, and paid parking is available under the hotel.

Cons:

The basins in the bathroom were very shallow. The room temperature control was not very controllable.
