Beautiful hotel , perfect location , amazing service and most delicious breakfast with lots of healthy options
We had a beautiful room with an extra-large double bed and were very happy with the room itself. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected the quality of our sleep.
The door to our room, as well as the door to the room next to ours, closes automatically and quite loudly. This meant that every time our neighbours entered or left their room, we were disturbed by the noise. In addition, there is quite a large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, which allows a lot of noise from the hallway to enter the room.
Also, although the bed was very large and comfortable, it seemed surprisingly unstable. Every time my husband turned during the night, the whole bed would shake, which repeatedly woke me up.
These issues seem relatively easy to address and would be worth checking, as fixing them would make a real difference in ensuring guests can enjoy a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.

Leider im System nicht vermerkt, so dass bei Check Out wollten sie es erneut einziehen?
Es un lugar muy lindo y con encanto

Tengo una queja. Nos quedamos 3 noches con mi hijo en el hotel. Pedimos que nos guardaran durante una noche las maletas ya que no teníamos donde dejarlas, mi hijo volvía al día siguente una noche mas al hotel. Nos tocó sacar las maletas del hotel, contratar un servicio en la App Bounce, al otro día volver a llevar las maletas al hotel. Nos dijeron que no había espacio. El hotel es muy grande y tiene lugar de sobra, por el precio que pagamos lo mínimo es que nos hubieran guardado las maletas. Es un servicio básico que deberían prestar.
