Please note that children of 4 years of age or younger can stay for free, using existing beds in twin or triple rooms. Breakfast for children staying in existing beds is not included and it signifies a surcharge.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

I like the cleanliness, the breakfast and the room layout.
It is not airy enough and the AC is difficult to control.
O atendimento é exemplar, o serviço de limpeza também era muito bom. O café da manhã superou as minhas expectativas, adorei que todos os dias haviam opções da comida local peruanas.
Infelizmente os quartos de frente para a rua, são muito barulhentos por conta do fluxo de carros e as buzinas acionadas constantemente por eles e o Wi-fi não funcionava corretamente nos quartos.

Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage. Tolles Bad mit immer heißem Wasser an Dusche und Waschbecken, saubere, große Handtücher, Fön. Tolles Frühstück als Buffet. Parken kostenlos in Garage. Es gab auch kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Bus 301/305 für 2 Soles bis zur Plaza de Mayor oder Miraflores/Malecon 50 Meter entfernt an der Av. Arequipa (Busfahrer hat ne gelbe Karte für das Drehkreuz im Bus) Würde ich immer wieder buchen.

No daylight.
Window only opens onto an inner shaft and other rooms' windows. Given that you need to keep the curtain drawn at all times to prevent other guests from peeping into your room, it only allows for a minimal amount of air to come in.
Doors make a loud noise when closing.
In the mornings when rooms are getting cleaned, you hear the loud sounds of doors being opened and closed non stop. Very disturbing, along their walkie talkies set on maximum volume.
You can also hear other guests conversations or what else they are doing.
So, no real privacy, no air, no daylight.
