El hotel es agradable y casi todo el personal es atento, respetuoso y servicial

Cons:

Mi experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. En Booking.com aparecía una tarifa, pero al llegar al hotel me cobraron un precio diferente, lo cual genera desconfianza desde el primer momento. Además, la acústica del lugar es pésima: se escucha claramente el ruido de otras habitaciones, especialmente durante la madrugada, haciendo casi imposible descansar bien. Un hotel puede tener buena ubicación o buena apariencia, pero si no respetan las tarifas publicadas y no puedes dormir tranquilo, la experiencia termina arruinada..

Pros:

O hotel fica localizado no bairro de Lince que é próximo a região central de Lima porém é necessário locomoção via ônibus ou carro de aplicativo. Mesmo sendo em um local considerado distante, as corridas por aplicativo costumavam levar pouco tempo dependendo do local a ser visitado como o bairro de Miraflores por exemplo.
Entretanto na região há várias opções de comércio, desde restaurantes, mercadinhos, casa de câmbio, ponto de ônibus e até mesmo balada.
O café da manhã não é similar ao de hotéis do Brasil mas foi bom porque contava com mais de uma opção de pão, ovos mexidos, complementos típicos como batata doce por exemplo, café, chá, leite, iogurte, frutas, bolos e etc.
A equipe foi bem cordial e respeita o horário do check in às 14h mesmo se você chegar antecipadamente.
O quarto é confortável e não passamos frio ou calor mesmo com a ausência de um ar condicionado ou ventilador.
As opções de pagamento são em Dólar americano ou Soles sendo este último caso aplicada uma taxa adicional no momento.

Cons:

O único ponto como sugestão de melhoria seria a inclusão de um frigobar no quarto para manter água gelada por exemplo.

Good and clean hotel, nicely positioned between the historical centre and the neighborhoods of Miraflores and Barranco

Cons:

Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6.30am, but at 7am they still hadn’t brought out any food or drinks. We asked multiple times, explaining also urgency but nobody did anything about it. We had to skip it because we had a taxi at 7.15. This was quite a bad service

Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en un distrito muy tranquilo (Lince), en el que hay muchos comercios y es seguro, por lo que es muy sencillo encontrar cualquier cosa incluso a altas horas de la madrugada. Los empleados son muy amables y están dispuestos a ayudarte al máximo con tu solicitudes

Cons:

Las habitaciones como tal no tienen aislamiento acústico por lo que cuando hablan muy fuerte se escucha mucho ruido; también les recomiendo mejorar la variedad de los desayunos porque casi siempre se elige lo mismo y esto es porque no se varía el menú

Nada la atención es pésima , es una necesidad hospedarme en un lugar céntrico.

Cons:

La recepcionista de la tarde para de mal humor, no tiene protocolos de atención y se pelea con un señor que llevaba un delivery que le indicaba que no entregue el pollo por la parte de adelante.

Tienen que mejorar algunas cosas. El personal excelente.
Pros:

La atención del personal. Muy bien.
El desayuno bueno pero los 6 días que estuve era lo mismo.

Cons:

Que me destinaran una habitación que no correspondía, lo cual tuve que reclamar para que me dieran la que habia contratado.
A veces las cañerías de los baños emitían un ruido muy fuerte.
El servicio del bar malo. Pedí una caipiriña y estaba horrible.
