Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé entre les lacs et Milan. La chambre est spacieuse avec accès direct à la piscine.
Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable.

Cons:

Il est juste dommage que les équipements soient un peu datés 😅

Wir werden 100% wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Hotel verfügt über genügend Parkplätze. Es liegt zwar etwas ausserhalb, dafür aber an einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Lage.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber und gut aufgeteilt. Der Essbereich, der Frühstücksraum, die Bar und der Pool sind sehr schön gestaltet. Besonders die Poolbar ist genial und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Das gesamte Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Schlussabrechnung war trotz mehrerer Konsumationen sehr übersichtlich und nachvollziehbar.

Wir können dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk

Cons:

De locatie was slecht te vinden, de accomodatie was vies en het zwembad niet gevuld. De fotos waren een stuk mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Meer een soort camping/groepslocatie

La chambre était propre et correspondait parfaitement à nos besoins. Le restaurant propose des plats généreux de qualité. Le personnel est prévenant et très agréable. Le gros bonus est la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport de Malpensa situé à 20 mn en voiture. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
