Pros:

Restaurantul foarte bun,piscina super.Transfer de la și către aeroport foarte ok.Transfer la și de la Arona ok.Patul confortabil.

Cons:

Cald în cameră.Noi am avut cameră triplă și patul era sus,acolo a fost foarte cald (era un ventilator),jos unde era canapeaua era ok.

Precioso alojamiento
Pros:

Todo fue de nuestro agrado,el trato del personal en especial de una chica que nos trató en el restaurante,era albanesa,no recuerdo su nombre,la persona más amable y detallista que hemos visto jamás,una suerte tener a alguien así en su hotel .
El restaurante es totalmente recomendable su comida es de muy buena calidad.
El hotel y la piscina estupendos y para pasar un día entre conexión de vuelos fue muchísimo mejor de lo esperado.

Viihtyisä hotelli ilmaisella kuljetuksella Malpensan lentokentälle
Pros:

Hotellissa oli kiva iso uima-allas ja runsas ja maukas ruoka sekä aamupalalla että illallisella. Hotellivieraille oli tarjolla kolmen ruokalajin illallinen 20 euron hintaan. Koko hotelli oli sisustettu meriteeman mukaan, mikä oli myös hauska yksityiskohta, ja lentokenttäkuljetukset molempiin suuntiin toimivat loistavasti. Suosittelemme!

Cons:

Lapsille oli ulkona pieni leikkialue, mutta siinä oli pieniä puutteita. Rakennuskaan ei ole mitenkään uusi mutta erittäin toimiva.

NOT A FOUR-STAR HOTEL! This is a dingy little motel!
Pros:

The pool was okay; it was something you would find at a Motel 6. The restaurant food was fine. The shuttle was on time.

Cons:

THIS IS NOT A FOUR-STAR HOTEL!!! The room we had was falling apart, dirty floors, the air conditioner didn't work, paint was peeling, the fridge was rusted, the shower stall was cracking and had mold, etc. It was so hot in the loft bedroom, that we had to sleep on the fold out couch with the fan blowing directly on us. It is in the middle of nowhere, so without a car you are trapped. The staff in the restaurant were inattentive and kind of rude. Absolutely not a nice place to stay!
