Great staff. Poor accommodation. Lovely food.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. So helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Air con didn’t work. Beds were very uncomfortable. Shower door fell off. Fridge was warm. Lights were flashing on and off. Decor needs a big refresh.

Pros:

전화후 약속대로 15분만에 셔틀버스가 공항에 도착해서 무사히 체크인했어요. 원래 조식 시작시간보다 빠른 시간에 찾아갔는데도 환한 웃음으로 맞이하여 다양하고 풍성한 음식을 차려주셔서 아주 맛있고 배부르게 먹었지요. 체크아웃도 전날 저녁 약속보다 이른 시간으로 선뜻 바꿔주시고 덕분에 공항까지 원하는 시간에 갈 수 있어서 모든게 감동입니다!!

Lo staff è stato poco accogliente, il bagno al nostro arrivo non lo abbiamo trovato pulito.. e
c'erano formiche.. consigliamo

un po' di manutenzione della mansarda in giardino essendo considerato hotel a 4 stelle.

OK hotell men dessverre ganske upersonlig - føler knapt at man er i Italia

Ett OK alternativ litt ute på landet.
Hyggelig hage.
God mat i restauranten (som dessverre ikke var noe koselig - var nesten som en kantine)
Swimmingpool.

Cons:

Stedet trenger en oppgradering og oppussing generelt. Gjort lite for å gjøre det koselig.
Restauranten serverte god mat men lokalet var upersonlig med veldig skarpe lysekroner i taket.

Disappointing experience.
Pros:

The country side and trees give a nice atmosphere to the surroundings. The pool outside the room looks nice although it wasn't yest the season to use it. The shuttle service from and to the airport is nice, although depends on other guests too and not always serves the exact needs.

Cons:

The standard of the room was way below what I would expect from a hotel rated with 4 stars. The room I received had the bathroom with a shower in the entrance floor while the bed was in high gallery with a steep staircase to climb. Very old and poor standard of furniture, design and bath. The shower doors barely close.
