As comodidades do quarto eram muito boas e o edifício é muito agradável. Em termos de limpeza nada a apontar. O espaço exterior junto ao edifício e piscina bem cuidados.

Cons:

O serviço, apesar dos esforços do pessoal, manifestamente insuficiente, deixava a desejar. Os mesmos funcionários serviam os pequenos almoços, trabalhavam na cozinha e asseguravam a recepção.
O pequeno almoço apresentava pouca variedade e a qualidade de alguns produtos não estava à altura de um estabelecimento de 4 estrelas.

Dos funcionários em geral, sobretudo da Lígia. Muito prestável e competente.
Do ambiente muito acolhedor, dos jardins, do quarto, da decoração em geral.

As espreguiçadeiras da piscina são pouco confortáveis.

Cons:

We hadden een mooie ruime kamer met buiten zit. Maar na 16 jaar dat het hotel nu bestaat, mag er langzamerhand wel wat onderhoud gepleegd gaan worden in de kamers. Alles is schoon en er zijn mooie materialen gebruikt, maar alkes ziet er groezelig uit. Gebladerde plinten en vloer douche kraan valt geregeld uit elkaar geen anti slip in bad wat uitglijden gevaar met zich meebrengt niet echt geschikt voor ouderen mensen die slecht ter been zijn.ik vraag me af wat mini bar tegenwoordig betekend die is helemaal leeg 🤔
