A cama era ótima e um bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Em especial uma funcionária que entrou no quarto enquanto estávamos dormindo, e também o funcionário que não nos ajudou quando fomos vítimas no táxi ( roubo) , ele simplesmente disse sinto muito, embora eu tivesse pedido orientação de como realizar a denúncia ou BO.

Pros:

After an always impressive check in...the hotel is more "cool" than you shoud think...
Nice room with a lot of space, nice bathroom.
It is relay=ively quiet, after 11 pm beacause it is in Lastarria...
The breakfast is "à la carte" and it is not the best part of the sejour...Too "elmphatic"
The roof top is perfec for a casual diner

Um lugar realmente unico, excelente serviço e perfeito para relaxar.
Pros:

O quarto é espetacular, muito espaçoso, bem decorado e com tudo de muita qualidade. A equipe é muito atenciosa, bem preparada e simpática.

Cons:

O spa é agradável, mas o espaço em si não nos pareceu à altura do resto do hotel. As massagistas foram excelentes e o atendimento muito bom. As instalações do SPA poderiam ser ainda melhores

Genel olarak santiago güvenli bir şehir ama bu otelin lokasyonu eski kent merkezinde tam nokta atışı destinasyonda. Gece gündüz hareketli ve tek başınıza rahatlıkla gezebileceğiniz konumda.
