המיטות היו ממש נוחות. היה נקי ומסודר.

דבר ראשון כתוב שיש חניה ולא מצוין שהיא עולה 20 יורו ליום!!! זה ממש מחיר גבוה במיוחד שיש חניונים טובים יותר באזור.

בנוסף, פעמיים במהלך השהות היו לנו אנשי תחזוקה בחדר (שאינם אנשי נקיון) ובשתי הפעמים לא תיאמו או הודיעו לנו (לא במייל לא בטלפון וגם לא בדפיקה על הדלת) שהם מגיעים.
באחת הפעמים הם הופיעו במרפסת שלנו (מבחוץ) כשהייתי עירומה!!! הרגשתי ממש לא בנוח ואחר כך זה קרה שוב.
אם החדר צריך תחזוקה או שיפוץ, לא צריך לתת לאנשים לשהות בו. והכי חשוב חייב לשמור על הפרטיות של השוהים, לא יכול להיות שארגיש חשופה בחדר שלי.

Great spot in central Chamonix
Pros:

Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely scenic view. It is in a convenient location, next to some eateries and a small supermarket, short walk to the train station.The luggage storage room is well thought out for travellers with extra equipment.

Cons:

The standing shower isn't ideal and water gets all over the bathroom floor. The rooms aren't super soundproof, I could hear faint music from a nearby bar; this may be more of an issue during peak season.

Nous avons très bien dormi, c'était très confortable, la suite au 4e avec le sauna était spacieuse et le balcon avec vue sur les étoiles et sur les montagnes c'était parfait.

Cons:

Le parking nous avons dû aller à 4 minutes à pieds car le parking à côté de l'hôtel était super cher. Mais ça va.

DECEPTION.

La situation géographique de l'hotel et la gentillesse du personnel

nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. lors de notre arrivée en fin d'après midi on nous a attribué une chambre, je devrais plutôt parler d'un placard. le lit prenait toute la superficie de la pièce, pour ouvrir la porte donnant sur le balcon il nous a fallu repousser le lit mais ce faisant l'espace entre le lit et les étagères permettant de déposer nos affaires était si réduit qu'il devenait diffcilement praticable.
aucune chaise pour poser nos affaires, pas de table de nuit mais une étagère au desus du lit nous obligeant à nous contorsionner pour déposer téléphone et lunettes.
aucun espace pour poser notre valise qui pourtant était petite on a du la laisser debout dans le couloir.
Salle de bain plus que sommaire, la porte de la douche ouvrant sur le lavabo donc de l'eau partout même en prenant des précautions. Aucun équipement à part les serviettes de toilette et du gel douche.
Le lendemain en vérifiant ma réservation j'ai noté que la chambre réservée comportait un bureau et une chaise ce qui n'était pas le cas de la chambre attribuée. Après réclamation on nous a changé de chambre et attribué une plus grande chambre comportant efectivement un bureau, un fauteuil et un petit guéridon, cette chambre étant de taille satisfaisante.
Les prestations ne correspondent aucunement à un hôtel 3 étoiles. La décoration des chambres est très vieillotte.
Bien que la chambre attribuée le premier soir ne correspondait pas à la description de la chambre réservée, il ne nous a été proposé aucun geste commercial.
