There were complications with my reservation but they sorted it out and it was great.
The water was freezing. They do not heat their water outside at all.
It is a good value for both parks.
The facilities lacked wifi even though it advertised having wifi. I called customer service but it was never fixed.

Bracelets and codes for hotel entry were not ready or activated at the time of arrival to the hotel.
Mt Olympus front desk, would exceed the time they would mention it would take to get personal to help. Example: 20 mins turned into 1-2 hour Waite.
Leakage in one of the hotels, from the top unit, made the experience more unsettling.
Getting personal to help, took so long with so many verifying codes needed at the time of speaking with a representative. Staff on site at the hotel property, seemed to be under supported by facilities.
