Pros:

The location and also the friendly staff.

Cons:

Our AC would not blow below 73 and was hot. After many attempts it was still not resolved so we had to sleep in a hot humid room and was miserable.

Loved our stay!
Pros:

Very nice, quiet, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent access to Chattanooga without being in the city. Super close to Lookout Mountain and all the sites there like Rock City.

Using the services to complete my pre-booking only to get there and stand in line and wait for 30 minutes. I submitted everything that was asked. My credit card, my ID, everything. Then she asked for my credit card again which I did not like at all. I may attempt one more stay and if I don’t like it, then I’ll go back to the other side of the interstate and stay at the comfort Inn where I have been staying.

Overnight to have dinner with husband’s sister.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Truck stop across street. . .noise from semi trucks and high pitched motorcycle all night. Could not understand desk clerk because of her strong accent. Could not access internet with without paying.

It was comfortable, but it could have been better.
Pros:

The bed sheets were clean.

Cons:

The pillows were flat, the breakfast choices were just “ok”, the lady that checked us in on 6/25 was really hard to understand, maybe it was the accent and that she was talking so fast and when I asked to repeat herself she seemed irritated. She did not smile. She did not make me feel welcomed.
