Wonderful stay with exceptional service and outstanding housekeeping!

It was okay but the price is too high for the conditions. I was hoping for a very clean room for the price.
Pros:

Staff was kind. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There were hairs in the bathroom. Our bathroom door was broken and made a loud noise every time you came in and out.

Pros:

Great customer service! Comfy beds and my kids loved the breakfast!

Cons:

The pool couldn’t be used. Someone was using weed on our floor.

It was great for one night. I would not stay there for a long extended stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the room was clean. We loved having the dog area.

Cons:

The dog area had a broken gate and was hard to open/close and you had to watch to make sure your dog did not get out. The bags for the dogs were out at one of the containers and the container was full and had not been changed very recently.

Don’t plan to stay there on my way home.

Cons:

Two queen beds. First had a broken spring that made a loud noise every time I rolled over so I had to change beds. At the free breakfast, the coffee maker wouldn’t make coffee until it was cleaned. The pancake maker needed a code that was not supplied. The toaster required you to hold a button in to work. Took a while to find an employee to deal with the coffeemaker. Once it was made, the creamer for the coffee was curdled.

Breakfast ruined it for me. Probably will not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Location was ok.

Cons:

This was the worst breakfast I ever had at a hotel. Eggs were watery, sausage was saturated in grease, biscuits looked like they had never been cooked, they were cold and hard as a rock. For $200 a night you would have thought you would have a great breakfast.
