Good place to stay for couple or solo traveller if you’re wanting to experience Apia.
Pros:

Location was good right in the city! Very close to shops, markets all in walking distance especially the Fungalei market right across from the hotel.

Breakfast was nice & simple something to start your day with! Staff were very friendly, especially the house keeping staff always smiling & greeting. The security guard at night time very helpful & kind.

Cons:

Cleanliness/hygiene could’ve been better. Floor in our room was sticky, I felt as if house keeping staff used the same mop from all the other rooms. That was the only downfall. Other than that everything else was expected for the price of the room.

Nice stay, nice staff just need to improve in some areas.
Pros:

The room is nice and spacious, location very good handy to everything u need, cleanliness is okay just the dust from outside need watering the garden but overall it’s good hotel.

Cons:

Did not like office area with everyone sitting there mainly family need to clear for quest to come and sit and enjoy the aircon without the boss watching every move in there. Just a suggestion need to look at what they have or sell in there. But mostly we go out cos it’s close to everything 😉👍

Friendly staff, great value, exceeding expectations for this low price accommodation
Pros:

Great location, great value for money. Breakfast delivered to room. Have everything that we needed

Cons:

No acoustic, hear people talk in the hallway. Our room was unfortunately above smoking area. So we had to smell the cigarettes every night

Overall wss ok except the security car park issue and hygienic issues
Pros:

Rooms are bigger

Cons:

Floors very dirty even after room make up. Our car park was taken away people even after telling security we should have a car park assigned to our room no matter what time of the day we come in. Security response was very disappointing he said its first come first serve and we can go park near the main road. This is wrong…once you paid, a car park should be allocated to each rooms.

Ok covered the necessary accommodation but could easily be made better with a little thought
Pros:

Location was great, rooms were adequate

Cons:

People sitting and smoking outside our room
Would have been easy to have a breakfast buffet rather than bring in breakfasts from outside the hotel - then we could choose what we wanted

Your policy? You cant refund after your booking , and also you not allow us to wait inside the place for our ride even we have a 84 old mom, very disrespectful.
