La zona era tranquilla, vicina al centro

Cons:

La pulizia, il fatto che la camera era piccola rispetto a quella che io ho pagato doveva essere 21m quadrati erano de va bene 12!

Llegamos a la habitación y había una cucaracha pequeña caminando por la parte alta de la cama, cerca de la almohada, al rato otra por el suelo de la habitación cerca de la puerta del baño, no dormimos ahí esa noche, tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel

The hotel's location is excellent. The bed is comfy.

Cons:

Gervasia Hotel lacks maintenance. The toilet seat is broken and the toilet cover keeps falling to my back when I sit down, the cabinet handle is dangling, the phone is not working, many small roaches are roaming on the floor and the toilet does not have an exhaust fan. The food for breakfast was sloppy. And worst of all, no drinking water is available, you have to buy or keep requesting esp for hot water. Front desk staff are not approachable.

Paid for a total of 5 days, last 3 days totally unused yet I paid higher.
Pros:

Pretty decent for it’s price. Spacious rooms. Ample parking and great location.

Cons:

Understaffed. No leeway. Does not price match if not using booking.com (extra $8). Penalty charge for everything.
