This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.

Please note that should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable.

A damage deposit of S$ 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, отзывчивый персонал-отдельное спасибо Roma и Divina, что всегда готовы были помочь

Cons:

Не работал ключ, долго проводились, сьобы открыть. Очень маленькие апартаменты,не развернуться, в спальне очень низкий потолок,постоянно стукались, туалет прям на кухне в комнате, отделение стеклянной дверцей, 0 интима....окна маленькие и непрозрачные стекла

Pros:

The apartment was fantastic! It was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location was definitely the best part, just a short walk from Bugis+ and Bugis Junction, with excellent access to all public transport links.

Divina and Rome were always there to help and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. They were both incredibly helpful and welcoming.

I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return on my next visit to Singapore!

Very pleasant and comfortable. Would highly recommend for budget friendly stays.
Pros:

Property is in really good location close to downtown and has lots of cafes and restaurants walking distance. Multiple access to Bus and MRT services . Easy to check in and staff engages with guests easily and rapidly via text.

Cons:

Nothing it was amazing place .

Great stay
Pros:

Place was surprisingly spacious and the phone check-in was easy. It was close to the bugis MRT and good value for money. Divina and Rome were very attentive and supportive over the phone.

Cons:

There was no hob for cooking. This didn't affect us but could be an issue for others.

Supreme value for money stays across downtown SG

It was my/our second time staying in Heritake Collection properties, each time staying 7 days or longer. Inshallah, we will surely be back :)

Cons:

- The key app is slow and a bit buggy (how about a Google/Apple wallet integration?)
