Great staff and exceptional location really. Affordable, comfortable, would stay again.
Pros:

The reception staff were exceptional - so friendly, great communiction, incredibly accommodating of requests. Loved the location, convenient to South Bank and West End, close to public transport including airtrain, and lots of restaurants. Pool area was great, access to property easy. Beds comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed.

Cons:

The bathroom had some minor mould, as did the area around air conditioner vents. Otherwise the apartment was very clean.
