The staff in reception were very friendly and attentive
Nothing - it was great
location was accessible and in a good area, bed was firm and comfortable
bed badly made with the wrong sheets, top sheet used for the bottom so it was short. Aircon went off in the middle of the night and we had to open the windows which was VERY noisy
Good size rooms and a good location
The lock boxes failed when we were trying to get our key after hours the after hours number was ridiculous. They made excuses and questioned my intelligence and then made us wait half an hour for a maintenance man. By that point three other families had the same problem. There overall attitude was disappointing and to top it all off the dryer did not work in the room so we had to leave with wet clothes
The cleanliness
Evrything is perfect
Following my two-night stay, during which I only used the apartment to bathe and sleep, I had to request a copy of my invoice. When I received it, I noticed an unexpected $200 charge listed as “Unit Replacement: TV”.
This was very concerning, as my only interaction with the TV was turning it off with the remote when I arrived. When I called reception, I was told housekeeping had reported the TV as broken after my check-out. I was also told there were “broken shelves” in the fridge, which I also had not broken, and were not listed on the invoice.
I have disputed the charge with the accommodation and Booking.com, and was told the matter has been forwarded to a manager for review. I am leaving this review because the unexpected post-stay charge has made this a very stressful and disappointing experience, and I would encourage future guests to carefully document the condition of the apartment on arrival and departure.
Very clean and practical apartment, close to the restaurant area of the West End. Nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great location, clean and size able apartment
I had trouble opening the door with the key however my husband didn’t.
No red wine glasses only champagne glasses
Location was great, short walk from the conference centre as well as West Village which was a nice quaint surprise with great atmosphere and restaurants. I felt very safe walking around on my own. The apartment was well equipped and spacious.
Signage to the gym or some sort of property map would have helped. The washing machine moving around when on spin cycle needed to be held down so was a bit inconvenient!
Very clean apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff with a seamless check in process after hours. Overall, a convenient location, clean space and helpful staff made for an excellent stay.
Nothing, it had everything I had hoped for and more.
The after hours check in is appalling. Mistakes can happen but the system is built to fail and the after hrs service is slow and rude.
