Pros:

Beautiful apartment, good location, lovely staff, spotlessly clean.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Modern and comfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location. Modern, clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet location given how close it is to West End and South Bank. Great view of the park from our apartment.

Cons:

Not much I didn't like. Just an extra lounge chair would be good so there is seating for 4 people when relaxing or watching TV.

Furniture was budget and not so comfy. Very minimal crockery.

Perfect location, good space and worth the price.
Pros:

The apartment was located 5 minutes to the convention center, all the sites to visit like the museum, performance art theater, train station, park, major eateries and even the river cruise is 10-15minutes away. The main city is just a bridge cross walking away. The apartment facilities are just enough and the kitchen was fully equip. The bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable and there were so much closet space to store away your items. There's even a small Korean restaurant which we had as comfort for one rainy cold night. Lots of Asian restaurants and coffee breakfast places around as well.

Cons:

The mattress was a little hard but manageable. We have nothing really to complain about.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful, we booked very last minute on a Friday night and they were still able to arrange for someone to open reception to give us our keys. Everyone we spoke to over the phone and in person was delightful. The complex itself had a beautiful pool and the apartment immaculately clean. The only reason we aren’t giving it 10 stars is because the lobby and the entire apartment had a pungent smell of stale cigarettes that seemed to have penetrated every square inch of the building.

The smell in the lobby/building and apartment. Strong smell of stale cigarette smoke.

Home away from home
Pros:

Great size unit with all the things you would have at home. Great location just 5 min walk from the convention centre and on to South Bank. Felt safe walking around the area at night and early in the morning. West Village near by is quaint with lovely restaurants. Check in and check out was simple. Rubbish shoot at your own level was a bonus - no need to walk around the buildings looking for rubbish disposal.

Functional but tired and not inviting
Pros:

The instructions on arrival were confusing and the process to check-in and get to our room took far too long, close to an hour. When you are tired from a long journey you do not want to be stuffed about with what should be straightforward task.

The room was clean and mostly functional but it was like staying in a worn out display from Fantastic Furniture. Given the design choices it was probably a good thing there was no art work on the walls. The bed was uncomfortable. Tip: don't use the cheap iron, it will stain your clothes.

Location is pretty good with plenty of local eateries/cafes etc and markets/supermarkets nearby and within easy walking distance. Basement parking was good.
