La atención del personal,nos dieron la habitación desde q llegamos q eran las 11 de la mañana ,la ubicación cerca del centro y a 3 min.de la estación del tren,buena habitación,limpio y buen desayuno

Excellent petit hotel proche de la gare de Florence.
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien placé, proche de la gare et du marché central de Florence. LA chambre pour 5 correspondait a notre attente. Le petit déjeuner est correct et suffisant. L'hotel est très bien, le personnel très sympatique.

Le prix est excessif.

Posizione molto comoda per la stazione ed il centro congressi. Via tranquilla.

Cons:

Camera semplice ma funzionale, putroppo non molto insonorizzata dato che gli infissi sono molto vecchi e si sentono rumori e discorsi provenienti da camere adiacenti e corridoio.

Pros:

Everything about this place met and exceeded our expectations! Staff was so nice and inviting! They even had breakfasts bags packed for us because we had to be at our tour too early to enjoy at the hotel.

Struttura molto pulita,il personale sempre disponibile e molto gentile.Ottima anche la posizione,ci muovevano a piedi avendo tutto nelle vicinanze.La colazione buona!

Cons:

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto è che eravamo in 5 persone tutte in un'unica stanza e il bagno piccolo.
