Important information:

The SPA, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam bath are not included in room rates. Children from 4 to 14 years old (also paying) can access the SPA facilities during limited times (10:00 - 12:00) with one paying adult.

In Half Board (Breakfast & dinner included) - dinner, served at Dom Alimado Restaurant is buffet or 3 course menu choice and drinks are not included. In the nights of December 24th, 25th and 31st (no Réveillon party) in Half Board (breakfast & dinner included) the dinner includes a selection of drinks and is also served until 22:00.

Please note that extra beds are not available. A baby cot can be placed in the Standard Double or Twin Room and Superior Double Room upon request and confirmation by the hotel.

A very comfortable hotel in a good location
Pros:

Location was perfect - near my office and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The Reception staff were excellent, very helpful and always available to help. The room was clean comfortable and modern, with a small kettle and tea/coffee facilities. The iced tea and water in reception each afternoon was a very nice touch and refreshing ! Definitely somewhere to return to if I get to visit Lisbon again!

Cons:

The hotel lighting was a bit dark, and could be improved to give her more warm ambience

Great rooftop pool and bar
Pros:

Amazing roof top pool with bar. Comfy bed, large room, good shower, plenty of lifts, friendly staff.

Location was great, outside the main tourist area but meant it was more quiet and the restaurant near by were for locals hence cheaper and better. Must try out the restaurants next to the bullring near by.

Very close to train station, airport, bus route and tube. Was very quick and easy to get places, no need for taxis in Lisbon

Cons:

No really problems and nothing to consider not returning, just a couple things that were not 100%
- pool side could have been a little bit cleaner
- rooms on the inside had no view (this wasn't a problem for us as we spend no time in the room)
- hotel restaurant a little bit expensive and a bit underwhelming

Banale grande hotel che non brilla particolarmente
Pros:

Il rooftop con la piscina è molto curato e funziona molto bene. Molto piacevole.

Cons:

- La colazione è varia, ma la qualità degli alimenti è piuttosto bassa. Il cappuccino che viene fuori da quelle macchinette è pressoché imbevibile.
- Le camere sono molto banali e spoglie. Sembrano camere di un ospedale
- Il pavimento non era sporco, ma aveva una patina di non so cosa che lo faceva sembrare molto sporco. Erano così pure i corridoi.
- la posizione è periferica rispetto al centro città

WunderHotel für einen Citytrip wo man sich aber auch perfekt am Pool entspannen kann.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal auf der Rooftopbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bad war sehr gross. Das Hotel ist eher ein wenig ausserhalb aber gerade vor der Tür ist eine U-Bahn Station, mit der man sehr schnell vom einen Ort zum Anderen kommt.

Perfect stay
Pros:

-Loved that the reception booked a taxi for airport. Arrived on time.
-Loved the rooftop pool.
-Cleanliness of room and Comfort of the bed.
-Size of the room.

Cons:

Although we were a bit far from the historic landmarks the metro station is next to hotel. Also, next to Entrecampos train station to go for a daytrip to Sintra. Perfect to travel.
