Boa localização, mas muito barulhento

Gostei muito da localização, da área da piscina e do café da manhã que é bem servido.

Cons:

Fiquei em um quarto no nono andar com varanda de frente para a rua e era muito barulhento. Dava pra ouvir tudo da rua, os carros e motos passando, pessoas bebadas na rua gritando, além disso as paredes do quarto são muito finas e eu ouvia tudooo que todo mundo falava nos outros quartos. Então não consegui dormi direito. Os funcionários da recepção são secos e parecem que estão fazendo um favor pra gente.

Pros:

Fiquei na suíte Heritage e o conforto foi o destaque para essa acomodação. A cama, o sofá, o espaço, o banheiro com uma ducha espetacular e além disso a banheira de hidromassagem faz toda diferença. Sensacional!!!

Cons:

Infelizmente não pude usar a piscina grande, pois estava interditada. E tb quando desci para a área da piscina, solicitei uma toalha na recepção e não fui atendida. Permaneci lá por uns 20 minutos sentada na cadeira e nenhum funcionário me atendeu.
