Cons:

Atendimento ruim dos funcionários, no estacionamento parece que estavamos fazendo um favor. Recepção pouco atenciosa. Só um elevador, filas de 10-15 para fazer qualquer locomoção dentro do hotel.

Medíocre para um hotel 4 estrelas
Pros:

Espaçosa, cama e poltrona confortáveis, chuveiro e banheira com pressão e temperatura bons.

Cons:

Falta de amenidades básicas, como escova e pasta de dentes, que não eram vendidas sequer na lojinha. Também achei o frigobar muito básico. Lembrando que estamos falando de um hotel 4 estrelas. A região da piscina também estava suja (acho que teve uma festa, pois, vi muitas caixas de pizza empilhadas) e não era suficientemente quente para um dia frio, mesmo sendo interna. De brinde, um elevador quebrou e virou um pandemônio usar o outro. No café da manhã, tive que descer e subir 15 lances de escada, experiência pouco agradável acordando da noite de núpcias. Os elevadores são estreitos e não comportam tantos apartamentos, especialmente em horários de pico, como o café da manhã.

Localização excelente, a melhor de SP. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto amplo, bonito e limpo. O banheiro era bem espaçoso também. Wi-Fi ótimo dentro do quarto. Voltaremos quando estivermos em SP de novo.
