I would like refund please
Pros:

No warm welcome. The receptionists cold and I thought quite aggressive in their manner. Except for a lovely young man with glasses who was lovrr E ky.

Cons:

Horrible decor. They gave me a mezzanine room suitable for 4 people. I am a 79 year old woman and decided to sleep on the ground floor because when I explortop floor the stairs were very steep and the handrail was flimsy and shaky. When the downstairs toilet broke down the receptionist said, why didn’t you use the upstairs toilet instead. No apology. Overall the worst hotel I have stayed in during my travels over the last 3 weeks

Good location but not enough space.
Pros:

Location was very good. Clean room

Cons:

Room was ground floor but to go to our room there were 4 very high steps which were very difficult for us elderly couple. Also no wardrobe, no hanging hooks and no space to put our luggages in our room. Noise from other rooms.

Ottima posizione, personale gentile e buona pulizia

Cons:

Struttura da curare un pochino inserendo nella camera un armadio o mobile in più perché manca spazio per appoggiare valige, borse ecc e manca di appoggi anche in bagno. Questo un po' troppo piccolino, pessima scelta di posizionare il porta asciugamani attaccato a wc.

Posizione top, colazione assente (convenzionati 10% sconto, con un bar top però) letto schifo.

I letti erano vecchi e non mi sapevano proprio di pulito.
