Me gusto que estaba limpio en algunos espacios y la atención de algunos trabajadores. Me gusto el momento del desayuno son muy serviciales y estan muy pendientes

Lo que no me gusto es que dejan que fumen marihuana incluso con niños al alrededor, tampoco me gusto que no tenían internet y no se podia usar la televisión. Tambien apagaban el aire de la habitación cuando les daba su gana

Nothing went well. When I arrived at the location with my entire family I was told at 10pm that Booking.com oversold the hotel and that they had no rooms available for me and my family. I was left to find out if any other hotel could accomodate me at that time. I would like to raise my complaint to either the hotel or booking.com. But the hotel was adamant on telling me that Booking.com is acostume to doing that and that it was not the hotel's fault. I'm really dissapointed at both the app and this hotel. I will not take for granted a reservation i make using this app ever again. It was a very distasteful experience to say the least.

Everything. Again, i will not explain but reading above should be a very good idea of how my reservation went.

El personal de la recepción y quien acompaña a la habitación son excepcionales y la decoración antigua es bella.

Nothing, Because when i came to the property they said that booking overbooked the place.

So i left to another place to find another one late at nigth

The fact that i travel from a far place and when i came to the hotel the told me that they dont have my resevervation because was full

Even when i called in the morning and they said that my reserve was up to date and confirmed my confirmation number
