Excelente Opción Santiago
Pros:

Estuve poco tiempo en el hotel, por tanto no disfrute de los servicios y amenidades. La habitación es confortable y amplia.
Las atenciones de personal excelentes, son muy amables.
La ubicación es estratégica.
Lo recomiendo

La habitación recogía todo el ruido de afuera y del pasillo que da a las oficinas administrativas.

Un desastre. Una desepcion.
Pros:

Nada porque cuando iba a hospedarme despues de salir de una actividad academica me dijeron que mi reservation no la podian cumplir porque no tenian cupo. Quien me retribuye que maneje casi una hora para hospedarme en otro lado.

Cons:

Su falta de coordination. La irresponsabilidad. Booking debiera regalarme un ano gratis en el hotel que yo elija. Booking es bueno pero ahí; fallo.

La cama estaba super danada floja, al par E cer rota debajo y el colchon parecia de agua de tanto que se hundia y estaba como roto por dentro, para rematar la discoteca desde las 10 30 pm a 6 40am se escuchaba todaaa la música por el lateral derecho Mucho y las vibraciones, no suelo hacer estas reseñas pero la verdad fue terrible esa parte. El desayuno fue bueno, ubicacion buena, personal muy amable, no me cambiaron de habitación porq estaba lleno el hotel.

Bien. Pero los empleados de limpieza hablan muy duro en horas de la manana, muy temprano. Despiertan a cualquiera por el eco del pasillo. La cama un poco dura. Pero el aire excelente. Y los espacios super adecuados. Tambien la chica de recepcion verificando que todo estuviera bien me dejo esperando mucho tiempo a la hora del check out. El desayuno estaba bien, pero frio.

En cunto a eso, bien.
