Todo estuvo mal desde el inicio
Mala atencion en recepción
No tienen refrigeración en la Standard
No tiene teléfono en la habitación
Toallas manchadas, muebles deteriorados
No tiene ventiladores suficientes y te recomiendan que abras la ventana para refrescar la habitación
No tiene cafetera
La alberca tiene un color verde en el agua
Instalaciones sin mantenimiento
No sirve los enchufes en el baño
No tiene agua caliente en regadera
No cuentan con generador de energía, hoy se fue la luz a las 4 am y no regreso
Las chapas viejas de las puertas se abren solas

Long check in time, poor pool quality, poor breakfast quality, room and bathroom was low quality. One of the pillows had a bad smell.

And the worse thing, the policy about children not getting a breakfast pass. The price of the room was the same with or without my children, this policy does not make sense.

Had a good time.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was extremely friendly. Down the street from the ocean

Cons:

The pool looked murky, didn't get in. Dont assume room has AC/ refrigerator. Only the more expensive ones do.

Horrible la espera para realizar el check in, mas de dos horas esperando y nada, tuve que regresar tiempo después, el personal poco útil para resolución de problemas.
La habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado, como se especificaba en la descripción.
Muy caro por lo poco que se ofrece, la habitación bien a secas.

The rooms, I got two rooms and they were dirty, the sheets on the beds and the pillows smelled bad , showers were not clean at all !!
