We made the best of it but not because of this hotel .
Pros:

The only thing that I liked was the walking distance from the beach. And the staff that’s here in the afternoon are so rude

Cons:

No hot water. When booking it said it had things in the room that weren’t there. Staff is rude . Restaurant personnel rude. Never have towels for pool .

Overpriced would never stay her again.
Pros:

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the checkout.

Cons:

Our water didnt work, the room was filthy and smelled, our window was broken, there was a random hole on the ceiling, there was no AC, the parking was very bad, you can tell the staff was stressed, unsafe for children, and way to expensive for the price.

Rooms where dirty, bed waa lumpy and I woke up with horrible back pain that made me sweat cold, shake and feel dizzy. Pool needs cleaning and renovating, sauna wasn’t working. Called front desk for towels and I never got an answer. Definitely would never stay there again.

Pros:

We were right by the beach and everything was walking distance . It was really comfortable and nice. I really like the breakfast included option , it was really delicious.

Cons:

When we were using the sink to wash our hands , there was an odd smell coming from the sink.

Service was horrible, would not come back.

The receptionists, so rude from the get go. They all seemed so busy to even check you in, no form of greeting and when they finally get to you there was no information given to you. As we walked out of the hotel I mentioned to the receptionist we were checking out, she asked for my key but I had forgot it in the room. She wanted me to go up to get it or she would charge me. That weekend there was a lot of people, barely any towels and the elevators took forever. I was going to try to go up but I was in a rush so I told her to charge it to my room and she rudely said that she needed my card so I couldn't leave. I paid cash and left, but that should've been mentioned at check in. She had so much attitude to be working in the hospitality industry.

Pros:
