Acomodação com iluminação ruim, chuveiro péssimo, camas e travesseiros desconfortáveis, elevador com defeito ou inativo. no início do hotel as coisas ainda funcionavam, mas agora falta manutenção.

Não gostei da experiência.
Pros:

O estacionamento tem bastante vagas.

Cons:

Não tinha Wi-fi e a atendente não quiz resolver , foi meio grossa , o café não estava na reserva do valor do hotel , estacionamento paga extra também , por este valor e extras vou a proxima para o Ibis. Banheiro para PCD , fica todo molhado .

Localização perfeita pra quem vai fazer compras no Brás, café da manhã deveria ter mais opções para o porte do hotel, mas foi satisfatório.

Cons:

Barulho de alguns hóspedes (Sem educação) de madrugada ao sair e chegar das compras, elevadores um pouco tumultuados.

Gostei da localização! Chuveiro quente, roupas de cama limpa, banheiro limpo.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno para duas pessoas , as camas ficaram muito próximas. Quarto indicado para uma pessoa!
