Ottima soluzione per visitare la città
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, in posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Camera ben arredata, molto pulita e staff disponibile e cortese.

Cons:

In caso di visita durante l'estate sconsiglio la scelta della camera doppia piccola. La nostra era collocata nell'abbaino e la temperatura all'interno era altissima. L'hotel non ha AC, giustamente perché normalmente in queste zone non servirebbe. Purtroppo però il clima non è più lo stesso.

Très court mais bien dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

Emplacement au cœur de la ville. Caractère des chambres.

Cons:

Un peu juste sans climatisation en période de canicule. Le ventilateur est un palliatif efficace si on arrive à s’y faire.

Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon et assez garni.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, chambre au dernier étage sous les toits. Un vieux ventilateur très bruyant a été fourni, mais très insuffisant. Quelques imperfections dans la chambre : papier peint qui se décolle, support savon et papier toilette tombants. Je m'attendais à mieux en voyant les photos.

Zeer ruime kamer en badkamer. Goed gelegen bij bezienswaardigheden en winkels en eetgelegenheden

Privé-parking vrij beperkt. Daardoor op openbare parking moeten parkeren

Trop yrop chaud !!!
Pros:

L'accueil et les conseils. Le petit déjeuner parfait, bonne literie et bonne proximité avec le centre ville.

Cons:

Malheureusement nous n'avons pas bien dormi. Période de canicule et aucune climatisation dans l'hôtel.
Chambre sous les toits 3 ventilateurs n'ont pas suffit a faire baisser la température.

Séjour agréable, hôtel très bien situé.
Pros:

Joli bâtiment ancien, très bien situé dans le centre historique d'Angers, dans une petite rue calme. Chambre et salle de bains assez spacieuses, deux grandes fenêtres, décoration originale. Bon petit déjeuner dans une jolie salle à manger.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation.

Le lieu, personnel très agréable. Bien situé et très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre très confortable et bien décorée et propre.

Cons:

Vue la chaleur, dormir les fenêtres ouvertes un peu compliqué, un peu bruyant la nuit, surtout avec la cour qui donne sur les chambres, si il y a des personnes qui discutent très tard le soir....

Es hätte schön sein können mit entsprechender Instandhaltung und Serviceausbildung
Pros:

Es gibt ein gutes Frühstück und die Lage ist zentrumsnah. Der Innenhof ist romantisch aber ab und an sehr laut.

Cons:

kein Servicegedanke, die Mitarbeiter machten unter sich mehr Party in der Lobby anstatt die Gäste aufmerksam zu empfangen, Eingang ist schmutzig und um 1.00 Uhr nachts wurden draußen noch Tische laut verrückt und Staubsauger in Betrieb genommen. Türen und Mobiliar sind im sehr schlechten Zustand und sehr verkratzt. Bettüberzug wirkte wie schon einmal benutzt. Die Kaffeemaschine war am morgen nicht startbereit, zuerst musste noch ein langes Reinigungsprogramm in Betrieb genommen werden, bevor man um 9.00h einen Kaffee daraus entnehmen konnten. So etwas ist sicherzustellen, bevor Gäste zum Frühstück kommen. Zimmerbilder entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand und Komfort.
