Perfect city hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, 3 minute walk to main strip where all restaurants and bars are, and about 7 minute walk to Marina area. We stayed in the Junior Suite on the 4th floor, it's a two storey room with sofa and TV on the lower floor and bed and bathroom on upper floor. Spiral staircase a bit awkward to take suitcases up and wouldn't suit anyone who may struggle on their feet. Bed reasonably comfortable, not a lot of storage for clothes though so had to live out of suitcase. Bathroom good size with stand alone shower/steamroom unit. Aircon worked fine in bedroom.

Cons:

As stated above spiral stairs are bit awkward, breakfast was fine nothing special but a decent selection.

Ideal hotel for a stay in Cagliari
Pros:

Staff were excellent and helped us to organise parking the car in the nearby car park.
Our room was a basic room. It was very comfortable and ideal for our one night stay.
The location was perfect with bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Cons:

Everything was very good.

Pros:

El desayuno muy bien.
La ubicación estupenda,cerca de todo.
El personal de 10,desde la mujer y el chico de recepción hasta las chicas de la limpieza,y en particular Cristiano,el camarero que me servía el capuccinno descafeinado todas las mañanas,sin tener que pedirlo,se acordaba perfectamente de como lo quería.

Cons:

Podría haber tenido mas cajones donde guardar la ropa.
