Nice but old.
Pros:

Pros:

It’s a hotel with an excellent location and free parking—definitely worth staying at. The room we received was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was very good. The design was nice, and the spa had wonderful, cozy corners.
All in all, a very good place to stay at.

Cons:

There was a small issue, though: we had booked a mountain-view room but got one facing a construction site, which we didn’t appreciate. The bigger problem was how it was handled—we felt the response was cold and condescending, and it could have been friendlier.
This is the only reason for 9 rather than 10.

L'absence des rideaux occultant pour les fenêtres de la chambre, ce qui m'aurait permis de ne pas se réveiller tous les jours à 5 heure le matin.

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Ein Wohlfühlhotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Alles super sauber. Die Nähe zum Zentrum beträgt nicht einmal 5 Minuten. Sehr schöner Garten und Wellnessanlage. Wir waren so begeistert von den wirklich vielen schönen Lampen in jedem Raum das macht es richtig Gemütlich.

Excellent Friendy Hotel.
Pros:

Definitely a 4 star hotel. The staff very friendly especially George and Diane

Cons:

Nothing apart from we found the bed not to our liking comfort wise. However the hotel can not cater for everyone so just our opinion.
Also the bath took ages to fill up a good 20 mins

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Zell am See - immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Aufmerksames Personal inklusive Gepäckstransport, perfektes Zimmer mit Fußbodenheizung im Bad, super Frühstück (Buffett und Koch, der frische Eierspeisen und Speck zubereitet). Wir kommen seit Jahren und erleben jedes Mal einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit persönlicher Note. Die Sauberkeit, das Ambiente und der wunderbare Holz Duft im gesamten Hotel setzen dem Ganzen noch das Sahnehäubchen auf. 10/10!
