Pros:

Un véritable coup de cœur !

Hôtel magnifique, très classe avec un accueil digne des plus grands hôtels. Le personnel est aux petits soins, c'est un bonheur absolu.

​Chambres : Très belles, spacieuses et d'une propreté irréprochable. La salle de bain est grande, équipée à la fois d'une douche et d'une baignoire.

​Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, et l'équipe du restaurant est adorable, toujours aux petits soins. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails.

​Espaces communs : Le rez-de-chaussée, avec la réception et l'espace bar, est très classe, chaleureux et on s'y sent immédiatement bien.

​Services : Nous avions opté pour une place dans le garage, ce qui est un véritable luxe à Zell am See.

​Espace bien-être : Situé au sous-sol, c'est un véritable paradis avec une piscine merveilleuse, un jacuzzi et plusieurs espaces saunas.

​On s'y sent comme à la maison. C'est un coup de cœur total pour ma conjointe et moi-même. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wunderbare Eindrücke von diesem Hotel! Eine sehr gemütliche, familiäre Atmosphäre, hervorragendes Frühstück und eine perfekte Lage. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Am Morgen war es etwas laut, da die Fenster unseres Zimmers zur Straße hin lagen.

Schönes, gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Kuschelige schöne Zimmer. Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit tollen Einrichtungen, die Lage nahe vom Zentrum und See. Abendessen ok, Frühstücksbuffet sehr ansprechend und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Preislich obere Grenze, eher kleine Wellnessanlage im Untergeschoss. z.T. "kopftuchtragende" Gäste, laut und mit wenig Anstand.

Pros:

If I could give more than 10, I would! Greeted with a cold beer upon arrival and taken up to our gorgeous spacious room. Breakfast was amazing as well. Outstanding customer service and care. I stayed at the Grand Hotel last time here and would choose this over that.

Excellently managed and well located hotel for a relaxing break near the lake
Pros:

The Tirolerhof provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, right from the start. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful, especially with information, going well beyond our expectations. The location was ideal: just 2-3 minutes walk from both the lake and town centre restaurants. We rented good quality ebikes from the hotel to explore the area and used the swimming pool and health spa. The room was just right, with a large bathroom and additional features to make our stay comfortable, and a view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was generous. The beds were blissfully comfortable.

Einfach toll und jeden Stern wert.
Pros:

Wir wurden von Anfang an gut betreut. Zur Anmeldung bekamen wir ein Begrüssungsgetränk. Das superior Doppelzimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich. Schönes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend. Das Personal ist durchwegs professionell.

We loved the area and this hotel was very authentic and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
Pros:

This hotel was very central and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

There are no tea making facilities in the rooms also it was very warm at night and the hotel rooms do not have air conditioning.

Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, daß Personal super nett. Der Wellnessbereich war optimal.

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen da der Bach vorm Zimmer sehr laut war und man das Fenster in der Nacht nicht auf lassen konnte. Leider gab es in der Bar keine Getränkekarte.
