Pros:

I was very pleasantly surprised as I was traveling through business and needed a place to stay at the last minute. Beautiful location on the river. Check-in was quick, Marie, I believe, was very professional and pleasant. The room was clean and had a balcony, a lot more than I was expecting for the price I paid. Will definitely be back shortly.

Terrible stay at what could be a nice lodge if they cared about their customers
Pros:

Started great with good amenities and a nice room with a beautiful view
Woke up first day for a morning coffee overlooking the water

Cons:

Second morning woke up to workers putting up a giant tent, messaged and was told sorry about the inconvenience. We only booked the Sturga for the view and it was more expensive, the last 2 days that’s all we could see. They had nothing more to offer, didn’t care. Also never told us how AC works, how to lock door, etc. poorly managed

Pros:

The location was optimal for hiking and food and drinks.

Cons:

It was super loud at night. Guests on our same floor came in late and were really noisy.
Our room faced the patio and so the lights don't turn off at night. That was super annoying.
The sheet on the bed was too big for the size of the bed and would slip off of the mattress and bunch up.
This may sound like a picky thing, but I think that having a sheet that matches the size of the mattress should be a no-brainer.
