I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is very old and clearly in need of significant renovation and maintenance. The condition of the room was particularly disappointing, with old and worn bedsheets and an open bottle of water already in the room when I arrived, which made me question the cleanliness and standards of the hotel.
I genuinely do not understand how this hotel can be considered a 3-star property or have such a high rating of 8.2. The overall condition and experience were far below what I would expect from a hotel with these ratings.
Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel. In fact, I would not stay there again even if it were free.

Muy centrico y si no traes presupuesto, vas! pero debes saber que el aire acondicionado es de los ruidosos, las paredes parecen de papel se escucha todo lo que dicen en las habitaciones cercanas, los colchones muy incómodos y las almohadas también. No tiene secadora para cabello ni plancha para ropa ni jabón solo dejaron 3 bolsitas de shampoo y muy incómodo el baño. Si piedes mejor invierte un poco más aunque no estés en el centro.
Que está a 2 cuadras de la Chata, restaurante con comida deliciosa, buenos precios y excelente servicios

No son honestos, deje un collar de oro y cuando hicieron limpieza desapareció y solo se lavaron las manos diciendo que no vieron nada
The staff was nice.
Very small bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom had mildew on bathroom ceiling and shower wall and ceiling. The whole room smelt bad.
La verdad del personal no tengo nada que opinar, se portaron de lo mas amable, servicial que puede haber, tienen un 10/10, desde la persona encargada del cuidado de mi vehículo hasta la de recepción, un 10.
La habitación me dejo mucho que desear, como primer punto el baño no tenia sello de limpieza la tasa, había un orificio en la pared donde emitía un olor muy desagradable cuando la habitación de arriba le bajaba al baño, la regadera tenia fuga, así que toda la noche estuvimos escuchando esa gotita, nos dejaron unos ganchos para utilizar, pero pareciera que los habían donado de las tiendas, unos de platico otros de metal, muy feítos, en la parte de la regadera, no tenia puerta, así que cuando nos bañamos, toda el agua salpicaba para el lado de la taza, en cuando a la habitación, son cómodas, el tocador es grande, la tv es pequeña, cumple la función, la ventana que quisimos abrir, parecía reparada y nos daba miedo a que se fuera a caer, pero el punto en donde dijimos que error cometimos, fue cuando ya nos íbamos a dormir y encendimos el aire acondicionado, muy viejo, ya había cumplido su vida útil y seguía, con el control no pudimos encender, tuvimos que hacerlo manualmente maniobrando, de tan viejito que estaba, encendía 2 minutos, hacia demasiado ruido y se apagaba 4 y así todaaaa la noche, no dormí absolutamente nada por el ruido que emitía el aire.
