Voyageurs fuyez cet hôtel !

Étant arrivé à Guadalajara à 1:00 du matin depuis la Nouvelle Zélande j'étais très fatigué à 75 ans et je n'ai pu trouver le sommeil que vers 5:00 du matin.. Vers 9:00 j'ai été réveillé par les conversations fortes des femmes de chambres. Vers 9:30 une femme de chambre est venu frapper à la porte.. ( je n'ai pas pu mettre le papier ne pas déranger car il était déchiré !) J'ai ouvert et je lui ait dit qu'elles faisaient trop de bruit, que je ne pouvais pas dormir. J'ai profité pour lui demander une bouteille d'eau.. Je suis parti ensuite me doucher quand des coups appuyés ont tambourinés sur ma porte. J'ai ouvert et 2 individus sans éducation mon intimer l'ordre de quiier l'hôte dans 10 minutes ! Surpris , je n'ai pas réalisé ce qui se passait et d'après ces individus qui ne se sont pas présentés j'aurais mal parlé vers la femme de chambre et je lui aurais jeté une bouteille d'eau ! N'importe quoi que des mensonges ! A 75 ans , ayant énormément voyagé c'est la première fois que je me retrouve dans cette situation ! J'ai donc quitté l'hôpital sans faire de problème avec ma lourde valise.. J'ai demandé le remboursement de ma seconde nuit qui m'a été refusé !! L'hôtel me doit 544 pesos = 27 Euros !
Je n'ai pas été voir la police locale ces individus (mafiosos probablement étant connus !)
En conclusion: Je n'irai jamais plus dans cette établissement et je déconseille fortement aux voyageurs mexicains ou étrangers cet hôtel de voyous et de voleurs.
De plus je souhaite que cet hôtel soit supprimé de Booking et trouve une solution pour me rembourser j'en fais une affaire de principe sans parler de ma journée de vacances gâchée par ces énergumènes.

Cons:

The location was extremely sketchy, women & men walk in and out continuously - to which I can only assume this property is used to engage in illicit activity. While the receptionist was nice, the other employee chatting with them was very unprofessional and hostile when we decided to leave. The parking garage attached to the hotel is not guarded, meaning anyone of the general public can just enter the space.
