Lovely Ocean Getaway
Pros:

Well maintained, great location, decor and comfort

Cons:

Breakfast was a little weak but what was there was fine. Better coffee.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Location was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet.

Cons:

The bathroom was way too small. Our shower was coming apart at the seams. There were hairs stuck to the wall. We had one good size spider in the bathroom and there were a lot of flies in our room.

Pros:

breakfast was quite nice, lovely dining area as well. Rooms were huge with nice view. Hot tub was nice, and fire pit at night to relax at.

Cons:

We didnt realize it was a pretty big walk-up stairway, and my husband is somewhat handicapped. It was not as comfortable for him. Elevator would have been a great assistance. We stay at a similar place in Florida regularly with same layout, etc. but they have elevators to take you upstairs, as well as carts for luggage. Fortunately the young woman at the desk was helpful AND strong and carried our luggage upstairs.

No towels
Pros:

For the price of these rooms in the summer, they should have the towels they promise they will have for you at the pool. It's not like you get a beach or a 5 star room. It's a decent room with a nice view. But, don't expect a towel at the pool!

Lovely location
Pros:

Lovely location. The room was clean and well appointed. We stayed in 222 and the balcony was perfect. The bathroom is a bit small but doable. The grounds and pool are well kept. The continental breakfast has hard boiled eggs, yogurt and stuffed croissants which is a addition. You can walk to a lovely beach. Bring your beach chairs and towels though

Amazing Views
Pros:

Our stay was amazing. The views were great, our room was perfect, and a great location. I would highly recommend! Our breakfast was good and we loved being at the pool and hot tub. It’s only a short walk to good harbor beach so you can avoid paying parking fees.

Cozy Ocean Comfort.
Pros:

I was in town on business and only stayed one night. The room was cozy and comfortable. The access to the rocky shore was lovely - sunset and sunrise. The pool was a very nice start to my morning. The continental breakfast was perfect. I got early breakfast and then second breakfast!
