Schlechte Matratzen, zu teuer, sonst bemüht man sich redlich
Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss hatte angenehme Größe.

Cons:

Richtig schlecht ist die Qualität der Matratzen und Kissen, das erlebt man selten so ausgeprägt.
Das Hotelkonzept war wohl mal Richtung ‚höherwertig‘, jetzt scheint es v.a. von der Substanz zu leben und als reine Cash Cow zu fungieren. Dünne, wenig professionelle Personaldecke. Mängel im Zimmer und Bad: sehr schwaches Licht, Licht in der Dusche kaputt, Föhn lässt sich nur mit ‚Stecker ziehen‘ ausschalten. Nur ein Stück Seife für zwei Waschbecken, Duschgel leer.
Wlan einen Tag komplett ausgefallen.
Sehr viel kitschiger Dekokram, da fehlt das ausgewogene Gleichgewicht zwischen Dekoration und eleganter Stilsicherheit. Einfach too much!!
Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut unbefriedigend und entspricht nicht unseren üblichen Hotel-Erfahrungen.

Pros:

This is a very beautiful hotel in a charming small town with plenty of dining options. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. Everything was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was also very good. I highly recommend staying here.

Superbe séjour, très reposant
Pros:

Établissement bien placé dans un secteur calme de la ville. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Accueil très agréable. Superbes randonnées possibles aux alentours. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Wi hatten ein großes, sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit einem hübschen Balkon. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Festspielhaus ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers en goed restaurant. Kreeg zelfs nog een super lekkere lunch mee bij uitchecken. Ontbijt is ook top!
