Pros:

El hotel en sí es muy bonito. Las instalaciones son grandes y espaciosas. Nuestra habitación triple tenía vistas a la piscina, era grande con baño con ducha y terraza. El desayuno completo. La piscina de abajo es muy grande y con bastantes hamacas, pero la del ático es una maravilla aunque mucho mas pequeña pero tiene unas vistas fabulosas y se está muy tranquilo.

Cons:

las cenas para el importe de la media pensión no vale la pena, los guisos no estaban muy ricos, se salvaba los arroces, los postres muy industriales.

Limpio ..cómodo.. personal amable en recepción

Cons:

La cama extra de la habitación..muy pequeña apenas te puedes mover...la bañera de la habitación es imcomoda al momento de salir de la ducha ..se podría mejorar ..un poco peligro

Second time in this hotel, Altafulla a lovely un-commercialiaed small town.
Pros:

Great choice for breakfast.
Super swimming pool.
Convenient to beach, restaurants etc.
15 mins walk to top of the old towm.
Free parking beside hotel after mid September, or else at railway station during the summer.

Un bon cap de setmana
Pros:

Esmorzar molt complet i extraordinari.
Jardins molt ben cuidats i amb molt gust.
L'espai tant exterior com interior molt amplis

Cons:

Tant el matalàs com els coixins molt durs. Vàrem passar mala nit, per la duresa sobretot del matalàs.

La atencion del personal así como las instalaciones. La ubicación es también un plus

Cons:

No me gustó que se me acabasen los días de vacaciones y por decir algo eche en falta una smart TV en la habitación.

Sympa pour 2 nuits maximum avec le confort escompté

Piscine sur le toit même abec une mer un peu lointaine !

Séjour dans une Suite 4*
Séjour de 2 nuits sans climatisation !
Du coup la chaleur a rendu les 2 nuits inconfortables,
Les oreillers, vraiment mous du coup pas de maintien dans la nuit .
Le canapé de la suite ( convertible) dont l’assise n’est pas confortable, on s’enfonce et glisse vers le milieu .
Vraiment désolée de faire remonter ce défaut !

À l’arrivée
Nettoyage moyen ( bouilloire et frigo pas très propres)
Niveau froid du frigo minimum sans pouvoir régler la température
Taille du frigo trop petit ( plein avec 4 petites bouteilles d’eau)
Pas de minibar , pas de collation disponible
Pas de vrais échantillons gel douche et shampooing (qualité médiocre).

Décoration inexistante ( j’imagine que c’est le souhait de la direction ) pour épurer la
Décoration mais du coup nous avons trouvé que c’était vraiment trop triste . Dommage
Pas feng-Shui le miroir en face du lit , position horizontale qui ne sert pas à grand chose à cette hauteur (1,60m du sol)

Piscine du toit ( clients des suites) pas nettoyée car les abords étaient souillés, de même pour les matelas lounge détente en pvc blanc non lavés ou nettoyés.
Du coup un peu déçus des prestations.
