Gut mit einem kleinen Ärgernis.
Pros:

Sind das 5. mal da gewesen. 2. Strandlinie. Schöner Palmengarten mit Pool, das Design innen ist sehr ansprechend. Sehr gutes Essen (Halbpension), sauber, neues größeres Fitnessstudio im Keller.

Cons:

Leider war in unserem Zimmer die Dusche undicht und es lief alles ins Bad, die Klimaanlage auf Maximum brauchte nicht viel Abkühlung, wie jedes Jahr moniere ich die fehlenden Ablageflächen im Bad und im Zimmer, der Schrank hat keine Ablageböden und nur 6 Kleiderbügel. Für eine 4 köpfige Familie für 3 Tage weiß man nicht wohin mit den Klamotten. Beim Abendessen von 20-22 Uhr (30 Euro Zuschlag pro Person) gab es für das volle Restaurant nur 2 Kellner, 1 hat nur Bestellungen aufgenommen, der andere die Teller geholt! Wir mussten 1 h warten um die Bestellung fürs Dessert aufzugeben…dabei waren wir 20 Uhr da und erst 23 Uhr fertig (mit 2 Kindern sehr unbefriedigend), andere, die 21:30 gekommen waren, haben ihre Bestellung erst 22:20 aufgegeben…wir haben uns alle beschwert und dafür die Getränke nicht extra in Rechnung gestellt bekommen. Am nächsten Abend waren zwar andere Kellner da, aber auch nur 2 und dafür nur 1/4 der Gäste! Da hat alles geklappt! Sehr schade, da das Essen wirklich was Besonderes und sehr lecker ist, mit viel Liebe gemacht wird. Beim reichhaltigen Frühstück gab es immer genügend Personal.

Perfect Family-Friendly Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast had a great offering. The pool area with loungers was spacious and perfect for children. The general facilities and cleanliness was wonderful. The location of the hotel is close to the beach and other local amenities.

Cons:

The hours of the opening of the kids zone to be available on a public holiday, or afternoons on Sunday would have been appreciated.

Bright and well located hotel, to enjoy with or without kids
Pros:

I went for a one night stay with my family. The hotel is really great - superb location, private parking facility accessible from inside the hotel, spacious and full of natural light, and a really nice outside garden with plenty of comfy seats and a swimming pool. Overall, really nice place.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the dinner. We were on a half pension rate, that included dinner and breakfast. While breakfast was superb, and the staff was extremely gentle and helpful, we can't say the same for our dinner experience. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed with many guests to take care of, they were extremely slow and seemed to lack courtesy and responsiveness, the quality of the dishes we got was overall poor, and at the end they completely forgot to bring us the dessert (that we pre-ordered) and it took about 25 minutes to arrive. In normal circumstances, waiting time wouldn't be an issue. But as we were traveling with a one year old, that long wait was difficult to handle. I've also heard other guests sitting close to us complaining about the same
