Falsches und unhygienisches Zimmer mit sehr schlechtem nicht vorhandenen Service

Cons:

Sehr dreckig. Check-In hat lange gedauert, weil der Inhaber nicht zu erreichen war, und falsche Angaben gemacht hat. Falsches Zimmer wurde über den gesamten Aufenthaltszeitraum auf Hinweis und Nachfrage nicht korrigiert. Keine Handtücher und kein Toilettenpapier. Sehr unsichere Tür. Sehr geräuschdurchlässig von der Decke und Nebenräumen.

Absolute Katastrophe dieses Hotel

Gar nichts.

Cons:

Absolut alles, wir mussten auf dem Boden schlafen. Für zwei Personen 315€ um ein Zimmer zu bekommen wo die Toilette nicht funktioniert und vorher jemand reingeschissen hat. Fenster ging nicht auf weil es kaputt war. Durften selber 16 verschiedene Schlüssel ausprobieren welche zu unserer Tür passt, weil das arbeitende Personal uns nicht genau sagen konnte welcher Schlüssel der richtige sei. Der Duschkopf war ab und das Wasser ab und an kalt. Stromversorgung auch schwierig und genau so mit dem wlan auch.

Wir haben ein anderes Hotel kurzfristig gebucht. Ich empfehle dass Hotel sofort zu schließen.

Siehe die angehängte Fotos zu dem Zustand des Hotels, gewährt von einem Gast der raus gehen wollte. Die Zimmer sind nicht abschließbar, sagte mehrere Gäste. W-Lan funktioniert nicht. Ich hatte mit Maxim+4915778626863 vom Hotel gesprochen der sagte mir dass er meine Reservierung nicht finden kann. Ich habe dem Mann gesagt dass er mich am Mittwoch, 20.05.26 anrief und wollte dass ich die Buchung über Booking.com storniere und direkt über ihm buche. Ich habe dies verneint. Ich habe ihm gefragt wie wir zu unsere Zimmer kommen und er sagte dass er keine Zimmer für uns hat. Er hat dann aufgelegt und ging nicht mehr ans Telefon. Es waren Fäkalien in 2 Badezimmer. In einem Zimmer war das Bett abgebaut und an der Wand gestellt. Alles extrem dreckig und stinkt. Kein-WLAN.

I was scammed at the Markischer Hof Hotel in Berlin. The photos on website looked very good. In reality, the room was filthy, the sheets hadn't been changed, the furniture was broken, the electricity was out... a nightmare. There was no one there, just a key box and a WhatsApp number. He told me to book another hotel and that he would reimburse me. Of course, he didn't, and I ended up paying for two hotels. Just a dishonest hotel.

Das Treppenhaus war schon extrem Schmutzig!
Wir Fanden ein Zimmer vor wo der Fußboden Kaputt war. Kabel aus der Wand kamen es war schmutzig im Badezimmer gab es kein Licht und noch nicht mal Toilettenpapier!
Wir haben sofort den Vermieter angerufen das wir es Stornieren müssen weil man da keine Nacht verbringen kann!
Haben es noch versucht über Booking.com zu Stornieren aber Vermieter hat sich geweigert so das wir Am end Zwei Zimmer bezahlt haben

La ubicación es lo único que se puede salvar, aunque carísimo para lo que era.

Cons:

La habitación estaba extremadamente sucia, no dejaron una toalla, no llegaba el wifi y cuando les escribí solicitando ayuda no obtuve respuesta, pero si un mensaje recordando el check out, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Cons:

De hygiëne.. kamer 5 stonk als een bunzing. Naar omgevallen asbak, bier/ pis alles .. en als ik contact wou opnemen met dat heerschap was dat onmogelijk.. slechtste hotel ever.. ik zal het zeker zeker niet aanbevelen . Dit krijgt zeker een 1 alleen voor mijn moeite om dit op te schrijven .

Der preis wäre gut wenn das zimmer sauber wäre ansosten war es ein kompletter reinfall

Die Betten waren ganz ok abgesehen davon das sie auch Dreckig waren. Der Vermieter hat nach über 7 stunden nicht auf whatsapp geschrieben aber nach dem anrufen auf der Booking Seite. Wir haben das das Geld zurückbekommen.

Cons:

Das Klo war unter aller sau wir hatten als Toilettenpapier Servietten und die Dusche war komplett dreckig wie auch die betten. Und wir hatten keine Handtücher
