Clean comfortable hotel in great location.
Pros:

Good location. Clean, comfortable rooms, especially the suites. Other rooms somewhat dated.

Cons:

Poor water pressure. Hand shower broken (only overhead available). Could be quite noisy (other guest in corridors - not necessarily hotels fault).

Pros:

Hotel muito bonito e limpo, a localização é excelente, perto de tudo, camas muito confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, tem secador de cabelo no banheiro, nos deixaram garrafas de água no quarto e fomos bem atendidos.

Cons:

Não disponibilizam tapete para o banheiro e o chuveiro tem um escapamento de água por cima, a pressão é ruim e vc precisa usar uma touca se não quiser molhar o cabelo pq a água espirra para todos os lados.

El confort de la habitación

Cons:

Que la tercer habitación que me ofrecieron olia a patas...tengan más cuidado en cambiar sábanas y colchas por eso se paga.
Además las habitaciones son muy ruidosas eso deben de tomar en cuenta

Passable 3 star hotel.
Pros:

Location was good. You can reach the hotel by public bus (#4) from the airport & to the airport within 45 minutes. The bus stop is just outside the hotel ( El Salvador stop). The hotel is near to the city center, just 10 minutes walk. The hotel & room was clean. The family room was good in size & the bathroom too. The room had a big cupboard, a desk, a chair & a locker. They provided complementary water, enough towels, toilletries, pillows on request.

Cons:

Wifi was not good. On & off every minutes. There could have been a kettle & cups. Maybe complementary tea-coffee too.

Was in Mexico City for the World Cup.
Pros:

Very good location.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was decent and kept clean during my stay.
I would stay here again.
