Hotel muy accesible , el personal muy amable y flexible . Muy limpio y justo como es anunciado
Es un hotel renovado, agradable, limpio, con un personal muy amable, sobre todo los meseros del restaurante muy amables y atentos una muy buena atención.
No tiene aire acondicionado pero te prestan ventilador, tiene secadora en el baño, te dan botellitas de agua de cortesía, tiene elevador, la ubicación es bastante céntrica y a una cuadra del transporte y cerca del metro, en general me pareció muy bien en relación calidad precio.
La cama no era muy cómoda, segun era colchon Queen size pero me pareció matrimonial, fue el único inconveniente, lo demas todo bien.

La ubicación es práctica si vas a turistear en la zona de centro histórico o al rededores.
No hay aire acondicionado y ciertos detalles de mantenimiento como el grifo goteando al abrirlo y las almohadas con detalles como cabellos y en regadera, todo esto al recibir habitación
Excelente servicio
Está en la calle donde esstan los negocios de sonido por lo que todo el día tienen las bocinas a full, a pesar de tener las ventanas cerradas, si de día estás en el hotel el ruido es inevitable, pero el desayuno, atención del personal e instalaciones muy bien
Probably one of the best 3 star Hotels in Mexico City, everything is clean and quite new, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very close to La Torre Latinoamericana, Alameda Park and Palacio de Bellas Artes.
The street in front of the hotel is very noisy during the day and even at night you hear traffic noise if you have a room to the street.
