Hotel is situated very close to Collins Avenue and Boulevard, lots of options for eating out also close by. The room was very clean, plenty space and the AC worked well!

This property wasn’t anything like described. The beds are very uncomfortable. The walls are dirty. The towels had stains. The window was busted. I really didn’t enjoy my stay.

Me gustó mucho la atención excepto por parte de una chica pelirroja q había el último día el día de mi check out bastante seca sin miramos a la cara y muy exigente para q la avisáramos cuando dejáramos la habitación para avisar a la señora de la limpieza y solo habían pasado 3 minutos .
Quiero añadir una grandísima reseña positiva a Liuvel por su máxima atención y sencillez con nosotros.
Que no tuviera desayuno a pesar de q tenga café, q no haya piscina q pena , y q no se pueda abrir la ventana.
We were able to get into our room early and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was somewhat rundown, a lot of visible wear and tear. There was a lot of noise from both the road and other guests. There were bright lights on the building that unfortunately were shining into the bedroom window all night. The room was a suite with two separate rooms. The bedroom with the King bed did not have a TV. The door separating the two rooms was frosted glass so one bedroom has to put up with light coming through from the other room. The website stated that the beach was “steps away”. It was almost a half mile walk. There was a coffee maker in the room and no coffee. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel didn’t have a pool

I had stayed before so I already knew what to expect. It's a very convenient location for the Congress Centre and relatively close to the beach, but there isn't much in terms of restaurants and bars nearby; you have to walk 10/15 minutes to find some options. It is a bit old but well-maintained hotel. My room had a decently equipped kitchenette and fridge (no freezer though), which was good for a longer stay. Staff are very attentive and always ready to help. The coffee corner in the morning is a good thing to have.
The room I was assigned was a bit dark due to its layout. The mattress a bit too soft for my taste. On a very rainy night rain was coming in through the window pane, but it was promptly fixed with some silicone the morning after.
