Pros:

酒店浴室玻璃门炸裂，我和我女儿都受伤，酒店对此事故并不处理，而是还需要我们赔偿玻璃门，而且态度非常不友好，说还好我们幸运，他们还有一间客房给我们换，不然我们就要住其他酒店还要自费，当时已经半夜十二点了，真的不合理.这家酒店不推荐，并且半夜两点整栋楼火警，全部人都跑到花园去，酒店也没做任何处理，简直差到极致！我们再也不会去了。

Csodálatos hetet töltöttünk itt, maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk mindennel!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Für Leute die Ruhe möchten perfekt.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, reichhaltig und hat uns geschmacklich überzeugt. Es war für jeden etwas dabei und wurde stets ausreichend nachgefüllt.

Der Pool war groß, sauber und genügend Platz zum Entspannen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Live-Musik am Pool, die für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt hat und den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet hat.

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Wir sind mit dem Motorrad angereist und grundsätzlich war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Allerdings gab es einen Vorfall, der für uns absolut inakzeptabel war.

In der zweiten Nacht wurde unser abgesperrtes Motorrad von unbekannten Personen einfach angehoben und versetzt wieder abgestellt. Dafür gab es aus unserer Sicht keinerlei nachvollziehbaren Grund, da ausreichend freie Parkplätze vorhanden waren. Ein fremdes, verschlossenes Motorrad ohne Zustimmung des Besitzers zu bewegen, geht überhaupt nicht.

Dem Hotelpersonal möchten wir dabei keine direkte Schuld geben, da wir nicht wissen, wer das Motorrad umgesetzt hat. Dennoch erwarten wir, dass auf dem Hotelgelände besser darauf geachtet wird, dass Eigentum der Gäste respektiert wird und so etwas nicht vorkommt.

Glücklicherweise konnten wir keinen Schaden am Motorrad feststellen. Trotzdem hat uns dieser Vorfall sehr geärgert und unser Sicherheitsgefühl deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub 2026

Wir waren zum vierten Mal im wunderschönen Kanajt und waren wie die Jahre zuvor total zufrieden :)
Ein wunderschönes, sehr sauberes kleines Hotel. Ebenso wie sein Hotel ist auch sein Personal sehr freundlich und liebenswert!

Cons:

Absolut gar nix!!! Ach doch ... leider viel zu kurz ... Wir sind immer traurig, wenn's wieder nach Hause geht!

Pros:

De kamer was geweldig groot. Fijn dat er een zwembad met bar was.
Het strand was top. Je kon daar goed zitten met gratis bedjes en een parasol. Je kon met een busje of met de auto.

Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Shuttledienst zum Strand haben wir immer genutzt, den empfinden wir als tolles Angebot, der Strand ist auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider war bei der Anreise der Lift defekt und wir mussten unser Gepäck hoch schleppen. Der Lift wurde aber am nächsten Tag repariert und als kleine Entschuldigung gab es ein Olivenöl als Geschenk. Bei der Buchung hatten wir wohl übersehen dass wir ein Zimmer mit Dusche in der Badewanne gewählt hatten, dies war für uns umständlich.
