Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Strand oft genutzt, da man frei parken kann und die Liegen und Sonnenschirme frei nutzen kann. Der Abendausklang war meist an der Bar. Die Kinder konnten in der Zeit nochmal in Pool baden.

Smještaj ne opravdava svoju cijenu niti opise na stranici.
Pros:

Soba je bila vrlo dobro klimatizirana.
Osiguran je besplatan parking na plaži Medane.

Cons:

Dodijeljena soba nije odgovarala opisu ni fotografijama objavljenim na stranici. Soba je izuzetno skučena s minijaturnom kupaonicom. Umjesto oglašene velike terase s namještajem za sjedenje, dočekao nas je balkončić bez pravog hlada i adekvatne zaštite od sunca.
Korištenje sauna i jacuzzija moguće je isključivo uz prethodnu rezervaciju, no osoblje hotela zaboravlja uključiti saune. Kao opravdanje za ovaj propust navode da se saune „rijetko koriste tijekom ljeta”.
Ponuda hrane je ispod očekivane razine. Za doručak nema svježeg povrća (samo ukiseljeno ili pečeno), a u baru pokraj bazena nemoguće je kupiti svježe voće ili salatu, nude se hamburgeri, pomfrit i sl.
Situacija na samom bazenu je izrazito nezadovoljavajuća. Konstantna je gužva jer bazen koriste i gosti marine. Nema dovoljno hlada, nema osoblja koje održava red zbog čega djeca nesmetano skaču po bazenu, a problem su i brojne ose.
Zbog rane odjave zadnji dan tražili smo lunch paket. Dobili smo sendvič i voćni jogurt ali potpuno bez tekućine. Nedopustivo je da hotel goste pošalje na put bez kapi vode.

Hotel je praktično botanički vrt, izuzetno čisto, mir i tišina, ljubazno i predusretljivo osoblje, besplatan parking i ležaljke na divnoj plaži.

Alles gut, werden sicher wiederkommen!
Pros:

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, der Wellness-wie auch der Poolbereich wirklich toll, genügend Parkplätze, der Parkplatzservice beim zugehörigen Strand super, die kostenlosen Liegen am Strand top.
Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut!

Cons:

Die Einrichtung im älteren Bauteil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut in Schuss, alles sehr sauber und die Terrasse sehr groß!

Hotel für eine Übernachtung unterwegs - Abendessen jedoch auswärts einnehmen
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen grossen Parkplatz, schöne Zimmer und verfügt über einen Pool.

Cons:

Am Pool herscht sehr lange reges "Leben" mit dem entsprechenden Lärmepegel.
Die Küche im dazugehörigen Restaurant hat nur bis 21 Uhr geöffnet und entspricht in keinster Weise einem 4-Sterne Haus. Auf der Karte stehen fast ausschliesslich typische "Pool-Speisen" wie Burger, Pommes oder Pizza. Genau dieses Essen wird auch am Pool serviert. Der Service im Restaurant ist langsam - man hat das Gefühl, der Pool werde höher gewichtet.
Das Frühstück war okay.
