Nienajgorszy ale nie wróciłabym tam nie z powodu hotelu bo usterki się zdarzają tylko ze nie ma tam co robić wieczorami

3 baseny w tym jeden dla dzieci nie było tłoczno, duży parking, pomocny personel

Zatkany spływ od prysznica, woda leciała z klimatyzacji na podłogę ostatnia nic była bardzo głośna jakiś gość w hotelu a w pokoju było duszno mimo klimatyzacji

Vše super, jeli jsme od úterý do pátku a bazen nebyl přeplněný, bylo dost volných lehátek pro všechny.Urcite radi prijedem znovu

Skvěle bazény a k tomu venkovní prostory , jeden se slanou vodou, každý den pečlivě čištěné . Celkem rozmanité snídaně , poctivý džus a dobrá káva. Dost prostoru na opalování a osušky k bazénu . Poloha skvělá krásne jezero s čistou vodou a sprchami .

Cons:

Jednoznačně zapracovat na úklidu a vybavení pokojů, provadího mladé holky které s tím nemají zkušenost , napsat jim seznam práci a ať si to odškrtavají , nemůžou za to nejsou k tomu v dnešní době vedené z domu . Zavést online check-in , velký nedostatek v tak velkém hotelu .

⭐ An Exceptional Stay Filled with Warmth, Hospitality, and Excellence
Pros:

Our stay at Lionel Sun was truly wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was absolutely worthy of a five-star experience.

The staff were like one big family, and they treated us with such genuine kindness and warmth. They made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for throughout our stay.

The restaurant staff were also fantastic. They always went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, and we genuinely were! The generosity of the open buffet, the wonderful variety of food, and the delicious meals made our dining experience even more special.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, hospitality, and for making our stay so enjoyable. We were completely satisfied, and I will definitely come back with my family again.

Raňajky skvelé, personál pohotový a milý, skvely relax pri hotelovom bazéne. A pobavila ma súťaž o lehátka ráno pri bazéne. Samí uterák a nikde ani nohy. Tento nešvar z Balkánu je už aj u nás.

Cons:

Hotel má málo svojich parkovacích miest. A ten disco CLUB čo stojí vedľa hotela by som presťahoval kilometer od rezortu. To koho napadlo postaviť niečo také uprostred kempu a hotelov. V piatky a soboty oka nezazmurite. Divoký západ.
