The Bird, Bath

What a fantastic place to stay and the customer service is off the highest quality. I couldn’t recommend it enough from its location, decor but especially the staff. Staying in Bath- I’d recommend The Bird anytime.

The hotel was very well appointed and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The decor was lovely and the terrace an excellent addition in a warm summer evening, just a pity the miserable neighbouring occupants insisted it was vacated by 9.30pm. The restaurant and breakfast was of a high standard.

Had a fab stay at The Bird. Loved the quirkiness and great little touches…. Like the complimentary larder with cold drinks, fruit and snacks. We were in an Abbey King room, which was lovely and comfortable and had air conditioning…. a lifesaver in this heatwave! The staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Great breakfast the next morning. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Really top quality service, everyone extremely helpful and accommodating! Superb front of house service from Doug in particular. Very stylish hotel with good breakfast and comfortable bed.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for anyone concerned about stairs--as I learned, Georgian townhouses have a lot of stairs period! That said, the hotel is stylish, the rooms are comfortable (a little small), the location is great for exploring Bath, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's nice to have on-site restaurant with ample breakfast menu, food and drinks available pretty much all day into the evening.

What a great find. Can’t wait to return. Loved the attention to detail, quirky features and little extras that make a stay memorable. Easy parking, perfect location, lovely reception area, personalised hand written card in our room, complimentary snacks and soft drinks, comfortable room, amazing breakfast (goats cheese and spinach omelette, yum), friendly staff and even flapjacks to go for the journey home on check out. Can not recommend enough, feels like a place built on pride and making guests feel very much at home, loved it, thanks.

From the moment we arrived until we departed the following morning, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, with excellent attention to detail throughout our visit.

Our room was stunning, beautifully presented, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. We stayed here for a night away after our wedding, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. Every member of staff helped make our stay feel special, and the level of service was exceptional.

Thank you to everyone at The Bird Bath for making the start of our married life so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Bird, Bath, super friendly welcoming staff, lovely well appointed rooms with good amenities. We loved the personal touches that made our stay feel special. The Hotel is in a brilliant location, just a short walk to Bath’s main shopping area and river. We would absolutely recommend this hotel whilst visiting Bath.

The rooms were decorated quirkily, which was lovely to see. The staff were professional, polite but also friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a good choice.

I would like to leave a very positive review about our visit to the Bird hotel yesterday morning. We visited the hotel briefly for breakfast and we were delighted with the customer service.
