Really nice hotel and restaurant with friendly staff
Pros:

We had a single night stay at The Bird (Bath) whilst attending a concert at the nearby Bath Forum.

The hotel was clean and well presented and quite unique in its presentation and decor (not your average chain hotel).

All the staff were professional and friendly.

The room was nicely appointed, albeit we were not a fan of the en-suite layout (narrow cubicles either side of a sink in the room), but it was OK for one night.If we were to return, I would check and see if there was a room with a more conventional en-suite.

The restaurant food was excellent, and the hotel/restaurant were happy to accommodate the fact that we were on a tight schedule to get to our gig, so were happy to allow us to preorder to save time.

Finally, small touches like the sweet corner, and the provided water and very tasty flapjacks on departure were nice touches.

Highly recommended.

Cons:

Overall the hotel was nice until we got to our room that let it down, the room was very expensive.
Pros:

The food was quite good, the location was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made the stay very nice. The hotel itself was quite quirky. The only good thing about our room was that there was air conditioning.

Cons:

The only thing that let our stay down was the quality of our room. It was quite bad, for the price paid. There was very little room to move around and their was very limited space to hang cloths. it was an extremely small space. this was not what we were expecting for the price paid. We were in room 12.....Not good at all I assume other rooms on the top floor were the same but did not inspect them. This was very disappointing. if we had been staying for longer than a couple of nights we would have asked to be moved.

Good stay, nice staff, easy walk into the town ( 7-10 minutes)
Pros:

Cons:

Bathroom in our room 16, was a wet room, impossible to shower without getting everything in the room wet including toilet rolls !!
There was evidence that the room had previously flooded due to the damage to the bottom of the door and the staining of the bedroom carpet, this room needs a serious revamp

In the end all good
Pros:

My (upgraded) room door was stuck so we were put in the only room available, a tiny room intended I think for one person. However, we were very well treated, given free parking and drinks and apologised to profusely. They handled it well. I always enjoy staying there and will again.

Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend
Pros:

The food was delicious. The staff polite friendly and helpful. Not far from all the attractions
Loved the little treats you could help yourself to - sweets, fruit, soft drinks, good tea and coffee

Cons:

Our cosy king looked out onto a busy road which was quite noisy with the window open

We will stay again when visiting Bath and are already looking at sister hotel in Bishopstrow.
Pros:

Ever step of the customer experience had been thought through. From check-in to check-out. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, explained things and took an interest in their guests. The bedroom was nicely decorated, with air con (really don't know what we would have done with out it) lovely sheets and towels and a Dyson hairdryer. Treats for guests (no extra charge) were offered throughout and at checkout (water and flapjacks for the onward journey is a nice touch). And, the walk into centre of Bath and the Holburne Museum took minutes.

Cons:

Car park was a bit of a challenge until we realised there was another next door.

Enjoyable but with some minor issues
Pros:

Location was good, view from room was good

Cons:

Noisy plumbing all night, bed uncomfortable, continental breakfast was not self serve, no instant coffee in room
