Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremley helpful.
Our bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Zimmer, Badezimmer, Bett, Dusche, Rezeption, Eingangsbereich, Fußboden etc. waren sehr schön! Sehr, sehr schöne, liebenswerte, liebenswerte und sehenswerte Stadt! Immer wieder sehr gerne. Die Menschen sind sehr, sehr gastfreundlich und freundlich. Immerwieder gerne Barth und dieses Hotel. Waren zum ersten Mal in Bath, hoffentlich kommen wir wieder!

Stylish hotel!!
Pros:

The Hotel is brilliantly placed for Bath City centre. The hotel is so stylish and comfortable and clean. Staff were so lovely. The Hotel is well organised. Food, the viee of Bath from the terrace is superb.

Cons:

Rooms/areas looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Parking was absolutely dreadful. Could hear lots of noise from the room next door due to the rooms being situated so close together. Accidentally charged twice for drinks and had to question it with the receipt later on.

Very good with real charm
Pros:

The parking and breakfast charges are too high, but that is all you could criticise.

The decor is great, quirky and cool. The restaurant food is excellent, the rooms are well kitted out, everything is very clean, and the staff were fantastic. They even offer complimentary soft drinks and sweets.

It's genuinely good, but the biggest plus is the location. It's quiet, close to the canal for quick walk and not far into the centre of the city.

Highly recommended.

Godt værelse og god mad

Cons:

At vi ikke kunne sidde ude hele aftenen - men er klar over, at det handler om bevilling og lovgivning.
Vi havde blandt andet valgt hotellet, fordi vi kunne oplade vores elektriske bil - men der holdt to brændstofbiler og spærrede for oplader, så vi fik ikke ladet bilen.

PERFECT STAY IN BATH
Pros:

There's always something isn't there. One small thing that you want to have a moan about! It's human nature! Well not at The Bird in Bath. Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I will definitely be going back. There we small touches like plenty of water freely available, a self service snack bar and coffee bar 24/7, beautiful decor, a very relaxing terrace for drinks and food, a delicious menu and a great location but the stand out feature was the staff! Every single one was friendly, welcoming and set the whole tone for a wonderful restful and relaxing stay!

Great place to stay and worth every penny
Pros:

Excellent location and a fantastic terrace at the back,the staff are really friendly and helpful,the breakfast was superb.Our room was just what we wanted.

Cons:

Every few minutes a noise( not sure what it was but it sounded like an organ) went off outside our room,just woke me up during the night a few times.

Lovely trip to Bath
Pros:

Our trip to the Bird Bath Hotel was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, the decor is amazing and the location is ideal for a trip to Bath.

The staff were so helpful when I left my glasses and helped me to return them.

Highly recommended!

Fabulous!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. All the little touches are brilliant, such as the coffee making facilities in reception(ans well ans in the room) and the larder in the hall with lots of complimentary goodies to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and the view of the park and the abbey was stunning. The restaurant and bar is very good and, again, the staff are amazing. On departure we were given water and flapjack for the journey home. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
