Comfortable weekend stay in Rotterdam for a business trip in the Netherlands
Pros:

Great location, very close to Rotterdam Centraal station and plenty of places to eat or shop, as well as a fair few sights to see and activities to try. Room was comfortable and contemporary. Great shower room.

Cons:

Not dislikes as such but just for awareness there aren’t fridges in the rooms and while you can get ice, it’s on request at front desk rather than from a machine or anything so just something to bear in mind if you need to keep drinks cold etc.

Good Breakfast , service & Shower, questionable decoration....................
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and they did some wonderful bread and a variety of fresh food. It's a small hotel but they utilised the room well and there was plenty of food - mainly, cereals, yoghurt, fruit and a small cooked selection of breakfast (eggs, baco, pancakes), there was a good selection from the local bakery that was excellent (multigrain rolls, crossant, crusty white bread, fresh rolls). The staff were polite and receptive to courtesy. The shower was wonderful.

Cons:

It's a compact hotel and the rooms were staggeringly small. We were in room 306 and we'd been told we'd received an 'upgrade' (!) I fail to see how you could have had a smaller room, it was a double bed + 1m wide to 3 x sides of the bed and an entrance lobby. The room was decorated in in a heavy black and looked tired. The bathroom was also small but did have a wonderfully efficient shower. This was also done in heavy black marble effect wall tiles. The bathroom was about 2.0m x 1.5m and while there was enough room to move about it felt closed in due to the heavy black theme. The entrance lobby, steep, winding stairs, walls were all black and the carpet was a very dark deep purple (? - Not quite black, but pretty close) and the articfical plants looked rather bleak against the black backdrop. If you like your space, I would consider this carefully.

Pros:

The hotel didn't have many rooms which is to our liking l and well presented. It was clean and had a good shower, The bed was comfy. Staff were helpful.

Die Lage war sehr zentral, wir konnte es gut vom Bahnhof erreichen. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, allerdings gab es nur einen Aufenthaltsraum direkt an der Eingangstüre, wo jeder vorbeikam der ins Hotel wollte.

Cons:

Es gab keine Rollstuhlrampe, aber drinnen ging es ganz gut mit dem Rollstuhl.

Extravaganter Stil trifft auf Sauberkeit
Pros:

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals waren besonders gut. Bequemes Bett. Den dunklen Stil muss man mögen, aber geschmackvoll. Wasser und kleine Snacks stehen kostenlos an der Rezeption bereit.
