Bed was comfortabel

Cons:

Dat er niemand daar aanwezig was op het moment dat ik daar met kinderen stond voor een gesloten deur. Taxi heeft naar hotel gebeld wij hebben meerdere keren naar het hotel gebeld en aangebeld geen gehoor. Stonden zeker een uur voor een gesloten deur. Vervolgens bracht ze ons helemaal naar de kamer kwamen we er aan zegt nee is verkeerde kamer en verkeerde locatie. Vervolgens helemaal naar de andere locatie moeten lopen, ze was zeker ook echt niet aanspreekbaar leek alsof ze uit haar slaap kwam. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Quaint and quiet place to stay in Rotterdam
Pros:

The hotel is located slightly away from the hubbub of the city of Rotterdam, offering a calm and quiet place to stay. It was still close enough to the city centre, and with public transport nearby, you can still feel closely connected to the city.

Cons:

The room I had was small (which was fine for my needs). However, it feels a bit cramped if you plan to do some work in your hotel room. This is slightly mitigated by the communal area, with ample space to sit and work. My hotel room did not have a mini fridge, but this is also slightly off-set by the shared fridge in the lobby.

It suited my needs.
Pros:

The breakfast and day staff were excellent.

Cons:

The night female staff were very blunt and not very helpful. I felt like a inconvenience. The gentleman who was there in the early hours of the morning was very helpful at 5am.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. We had an issue at check in and the staff was very helpful to fix it.

Cons:

Supposed to be non smoking but the lobby of the petit marin stunk of smoke because people smoke right at the entrance. Room was dusty

Δεν αντεπεξήλθε στις προσδοκίες μας.
Pros:

Ήταν όμορφο δωμάτιο, με πολύ ωραία και εύχρηστο μπάνιο.
Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ αναπαυτικά.
Η τοποθεσία είναι βολική καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά στον Κεντρικό Σταθμό του Ροττερνταμ, σε συγκοινωνία (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς απέξω, τραμ κοντινά), αλλά υπάρχει και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ποδήλατα.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε λειτουργική τουαλέτα στο λόμπι του ξενοδοχείου.
Περιμέναμε 4 ώρες μετά την άφιξη μας (για την ώρα της οποίας είχαμε ενημερώσει προ ημερών) για να ετοιμαστεί το δωμάτιο, ωστόσο ήταν γεμάτο σκόνη, παρότι ήταν στρωμένο και φτιαγμένο.
Ο χειρισμός του air-condition δε λειτουργούσε με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορούμε να ρυθμίσουμε τη θερμοκρασία.
