The bed was very comfortable and easy the hotel was easy to get to
The bathroom was too small.
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful when I immediately locked myself out.
Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Jack and Anna were a gracious host/hostess couple. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. We walked to Dillon Amphitheater for a concert and took an Uber home. Will stay here again if in Dillon for another concert. Great location.
Good location. Clean. Adequate.
This Hotel is great. It has charm, it’s an older style theme. We liked that. Exceptionally clean & staff were very friendly.
Clean &. Room was cozy. The flowers growing all about the property- not professional set up- 1- obviously done with love & care by the couple that run this Hotel. I loved the simplicity of that place.
Wonderful location - Jack is so nice & friendly - the flowers are beutiful
Nothing
It was a nice little overnight. The beds were good.
There wasn’t a safety lock on the inside of the door.
Location
Breakfast since no hot water for oatmeal or tea
Great location, clean room, and friendly staff.
Parking lot felt like a little Bavarian village surrounded by flower gardens, a bench in a decently sized grassy area edged by trees and gorgeous flower beds. Massive colorful hanging baskets over the entire front of the building. Front entrance had cute table in a stone alcove within a wall of chest high flowers. Almost felt magical. The lobby was small, old, and perhaps overly loved, but it was clean, and after all, who hangs around the lobby? Staff was friendly and efficient. Hallway had newer and clean carpets. Room was immaculately clean. I appreciated the somewhat large refrigerator with a real freezer big enough to refreeze my large ice container. Bed was very firm but still comfortable. Hotel backs onto a rarely used and very quiet street where I saw people hiking up the wide, tree lined sidewalk. Within walking distance of Dam Brewery and Snarfs (best sandwiches and salads anywhere!). Morning had decent coffee and some sweet things which I did not try. The price for our stay was half that of nearby chain hotels which were not nearly as nice. Highly recommend this peaceful and beautiful hotel. Wish I had discovered it 20 years ago.
The small and old lobby made me a little nervous about the place. It should be painted and get new and more inviting furniture. But once I turned the corner and saw the clean hallway, I felt reassured.
The hot tub was nice
Within the first minute of waking in the owner was rudely telling me that smoking marijuana in the room was against the rules, a very obvious assumption. I told him I would smoke in the car and he agreed that was fine. We did just that and even walked by him on the way in, no problem.. Then in the night he tried to call the cops on us for SMELLING like weed after smoking in the car hours earlier when he saw us. Falsely claiming we were smoking in the room, even though he refused to go in the room to smell it. He tried to charge us $250 for smoke damage fees for absolutely no reason other than having the slight smell on us. Very rude and terrible staff, to say the least. Not worth the money and drama.
This place is one of the best places we have stayed in!
Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable.
