Pros:

It has the best view of Matternhorn from the balcony.The staff were very helpful fpr everything.We didnt even needed to go outside from the hotel we just orderd some beers and wine and some pizzas and wnjoyed the view,

Excelentes vistas, comodo y acogedor.

Cons:

Esta en la otra punta con respecto a la estacion de Zermatt. Podrian habilitar transporte o informar de oos buses gratuitos antes de la llegada.

Spectacular unobstructed views of the Matterhorn (not including clouds!)
Pros:

Loved this hotel. I was worried it was a little far to
walk as we got a taxi from the station with our cases which cost over 28CHF!! but once we figured out the free buses and the lift down it was very easy. Staff were very nice. Lovely modern bathroom. Again no minibar which would have really improved things. But most importantly the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony was awesome!

Went on a day by day tour of Switzerland for 7 days, this was the best hotel we stayed in, in terms of space, comfort, v
Pros:

We were upgraded on arrival to a room with a balcony and view of the Matterhorn with the cable cars going overhead. Big room with separate seating area. All very comfortable.

Cons:

We saw a bar area on check in but when we arrived back in the early evening it was closed.

Pros:

We only stayed one night, but the staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast started early, which was great for us, and the room was really clean. We had a smaller room, so if I was to stay there again I'd just choose a larger one. It was great for what we needed.

Cons:

The only accommodation I wish was in the room was a small fridge. But that may have been an oversight on our end prior to booking as I'm sure it didn't mention a fridge.
