Acolhimento, tranquilidade e paisagens deslumbrantes!
Pros:

Hotel intimista, ótimo café da manhã, a recepcionista é extremamente simpática e prestativa. Está localizado próximo à saída e chegada das gôndolas do Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Não está localizado no centro de Zermatt, porém é possível ir caminhando ou, se preferir, o ponto de ônibus fica a uma curta distância do hotel.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Very close to Glacier Paradise.

Exceptional stay with great staff, nice room with view of Matterhorn and good breakfast.
Pros:

Fantastic room with good view of Matterhorn. Room seems to be newly renovated and everything looks very new and nice.

Cons:

A bit far from Zermatt station but there’s free green line bus to take though.

This was an excellent hotel for our special week in Zermatt
Pros:

Great hotel near the Matterhorn Express Gondola station. We had a suite with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We could walk to the village or catch the free bus which stopped very close

Cons:

We would have liked a small refrigerator in the room. There was a tour group there 2 days and that group really impacted the breakfast area. I suppose that is to be expected at times in Zermatt.
