The overall experience was very good. The location is perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, everything was great.
The only areas for improvement would be the condition of the towels, which seemed quite worn, and the cleanliness of the bed covers, which did not appear to be thoroughly clean.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The manager, Veyis, and the receptionist, Haji, went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my extended stay. Their hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the overall condition of the hotel was impressive.
The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance—restaurants, banks, shops, a shopping mall, and the metro. Nothing is out of reach, making it very convenient for both short and long stays.
I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location in Şişli. I frequently transit through Istanbul, and this has become my favorite layover hotel. They're always happy to help, and there are a number of good restaurants nearby. The deluxe rooms are truly spacious, with enough room to sit and work if needed. There's always tea. Overall, just a great place.
