Poor communication on additional fees
Pros:

Breakfast was decent and it was a decent location but if they had told us the pet fee we would have gone elsewhere for less. Our dog is cleaner than most human beings. In fact she wanted to go outside at 1:00 in the morning.

Cons:

They didn’t come forth with the pet fee. It’s $119 that got added after the fact when they still didn’t tell us what the pet fee was at the front desk when we checked in. Just wrong….a final bill add on was just added in the morning. Real nice. We had other choices. The gentleman at the counter said there is a small pet fee. Okay. I guess you need to ask. Small would be $25…$50. There are places that are truly pet friendly that don’t take advantage of this. Never again Marriot.

Location is only reason to stay
Pros:

The location to what we has going on.

Cons:

The tub looked dirty. Needed to be recaulked and cleaned. Depending who was at desk, no coffee in afternoon or early evenings available, the younger staff person (bi racial or African American) was less than thrilled to do much of anything for customers-answer questions, get coffee, very much lacking personality.

Nice enough staff but poorly run.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

No room service at all for 4 night stay. Had to ask for toilet roll. Not delivered and had to go to reception to get it.

The beds were absolutely wonderful! I don’t ever remember getting a better nights sleep in a while. Room was clean friendly staff great parking.

Good place to stay, nice staff, good service.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Especially Terrance at the evening front desk.

Cons:

The gym didn't have a bike option. Our sheets had what looked like blood on the side of them. They offered us to move rooms but we chose clean The signage when you first pull in makes you think the front is really the back of the building.
