Hidden gem close to nearly everything, including trains and trams!
Pros:

Booking and check-in process was simple and easy. Staff were great, helpful and polite. Car parking was great, and included! Room was clean and tidy. Water pressure and hot water in the shower was A+.

Cons:

The bed was a little firm for my liking, but thats my preference. Little things that caught my eye rather than didn't like, such as the toilet roll holder was loose, the bathroom cupboards needed adjusting, the mini bar fridge was noisy.

Great value, will stay again.
Pros:

The location is so good. Literally minutes walk away from the tram stop. The free carpark is handy because we got the flexibility to travel both via driving and PTV. Staff was amazing and helpful.

Cons:

The facilities are a bit outdated and the walls/doors are thin and you could hear when the guests in the next room come in and out.
