Good value, great location.
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times because it is close to our family. Very convenient with trams at the door and free undercover parking. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, includes microwave, kettle, Iron etc.

Great place to stay in the CBD
Pros:

The appartment we were in was comfortable and well situated close to both trains and trams for easy public transport usage. We were close to wildlife with there being some possums in the tree outside the apartment that you were able to pet as they would approach, there was also a washer and dryer so we were able to do some laundry which is always handy

Cons:

There was a few little issues but were easily over come, first being the size of the toilet in the w/c we had to stand off to the side to get the door shut. This could be fixed by having a bifold door design.
Other issue was the exhaust fan was not known on how to turn it on as there was not instructions

Pros:

Location was very convenient. Staff very friendly. Helpful with early check in and watching luggage after check out prior to evening travel.

Cons:

Large gaps under main door allowing a lot of noise in from corridor (blocked with towel on last night which was much better). Hot water barely warm and kept going cold.

Though parking and location was good however our stay was unpleasant.
Pros:

Parking and location was convenient and close to our conference. Accessible to public transport, amenities and airport.
Pretty hard to say.

Cons:

Room was dusty and wasn't vacuumed. Disappointed that a request for room to be cleaned was ignored and bed wasn't made as listed on the booking information's.
