Pros:

Siisti, viihtyisä huone. Todella hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala. Koko hotellin tunnelma oli erittäin lämmin ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Suosittelen!

Aamiainen oli odotukset ylittävä, aivan super mahtava ja valtavasti vaihtoehtoja. Ehkä paras aamiainen ikinä. Henkilökunta oli loistava ja ystävällinen. Huone oli ihana ja sisustus. Tilaa oli tarpeeksi. Yksityinen sauna huippu. Sai vain omaan käyttöön varauksella respasta. Viihdyimme tyttäreni kanssa hyvin, olimme viettämässä pidennetyn viikonlopun Rovaniemellä. Kävelymatkan päästä keskustasta. Kaikki toimi loistavasti.

Upscale beautiful hotel. Staff was great. Rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. Great shower, restaurant was awesome and our waiter Wladamir was exceptional.

The staff were courteous and professional and gave us a wonderful welcome. We would especially like to mention Waldemar, the waiter who ensured we had an exceptional experience at the hotel restaurant, as well as Yoni at the reception, who was polite and professional. We will certainly be back soon—and, of course, the location is perfect.

Cons:

There are hardly any channels to watch on TV... it's a shame.

Pros:

This is a lovely hotel that is comfortable and has good interior design. It has an excellent restaurant and we enjoyed a wonderful evening meal and a delicious breakfast.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing of note was we had to wait for longer than expected to be served at the bar and during our evening meal.
