Przemiły personel, oprócz Pani z ostatniego dnia po południu, żeby nie można było,dostać do termosa przegotowanej wody,to jest dziwne i niezrozumiałe, z tego wynika, że w całym hotelu nie ma czajnika.

Gute Lage, angenehmes Frühstück, für einen Kurztripp nach Köln passend.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und liegt sehr zentral. Das Frühstück mit dem kleinen Buffet hat zu unseren Frühstücksgewohnheiten gepasst. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, jedoch war das eine Bett zu weich, das andere unbequem.

Cons:

Die niedrige Sitzpostion beim Frühstück. Dass die Teilnahme an der Kaffeestunde an die angegebene Uhrzeit gebunden war, steht allerdings auch so in der Information von "Tante Alma". Für die Yogastunde am Morgen war zu wenig Platz im Zimmer.

Schönes Ding und Mega Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt gerade für Karneval ist es perfekt Fenster auf und alles ist zu beobachten

Cons:

Von der Karnevaltruppe zuvor waren noch paar Reste leider auf dem Boden :(
Zudem hat man nur ein Schlüssel für das Zimmer

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, super süße Einrichtung, sehr gemütlich. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Frühstück ist für den Preis von 15€ etwas dürftig.

Een goed verblijf, maar doe wat aan de renovatie.
Pros:

De locatie is goed, al ligt het hotel wel aan de drukke ring. 's Morgens zie je veel troep op straat en 's avonds zijn er veel daklozen. De parking achter het hotel is ideaal. Het personeel is vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het hotel is gedateerd. De muren zijn beschadigd, de vloerbedekking vol vlekken en de douchecabines zijn gedateerd. Er zijn klachten over de schoonmaak, maar naar mijn mening niet terecht. Een tapijt vol vlekken krijg je echt niet schoner.
