Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den neuen Manager und seinen Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde. Nachdem unser Aufenthalt zunächst sehr enttäuschend begonnen hatte, hat er sich persönlich und äußerst professionell um uns gekümmert. Er organisierte für uns zwei komfortable, direkt nebeneinanderliegende Familienzimmer und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns anschließend sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Zusätzlich wurden wir zu einem Abendessen eingeladen und erhielten an beiden Tagen das Frühstück auf Kosten des Hauses. Dieser Umgang mit einer Beschwerde war außergewöhnlich kundenorientiert und hat unseren Gesamteindruck deutlich zum Positiven verändert. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Manager für seinen persönlichen Einsatz!

Cons:

Das ursprünglich für uns vorgesehene Zimmer war leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entsprach unserer Meinung nach keinesfalls dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns zunächst anstelle einer geeigneten Familienlösung zwei voneinander getrennte Zimmer angeboten wurden. Da wir als Familie mit Kind gereist sind, kam das für uns nicht infrage. Die Situation war für uns anfangs so enttäuschend, dass wir ernsthaft darüber nachgedacht haben, das Hotel wieder zu verlassen. Umso positiver war anschließend die Reaktion des neuen Managers.

Je ne peux pas comprendre un grand hôtel comme ça n’ont même pas un pèse bagages gratuits ils nous font payer 1 euro à chaque valise et dure que 5 seconde vraiment j’ai jamais vu un hôtel 5 étoile comme ça à part ça le personnel comme Abdoullah et celui qui nettoie les chambres sont gentils mais la réception les personnels sont pas accueillantes ,

Ma première reservation la chambre qu’on m’avait donner elle est grande propre mais la toilettes était nauséabonde ça sentait vraiment mauvaise , ma deuxième reservation la chambre était bonne mais c’était pas une chambre king sise de luxe comme je l’avais réserver sur booking .
